John Fisher entered quickly and made the final preparations for the upcoming wedding. When he finished he took his place on the increase for the altar and waited for the guests to enter before the couple themselves would stride in. The choir was ready for the first wedding psalm to sing and waited for his sign, nervously coughing and the organ played out some bars.

Fisher nodded friendly to Edward and smiled reassuringly.
You're welcome, lord Seymour... and forgive me for asking, but have you brought the rings? We'll wait for the bride to enter, so we can start the wedding celebration. Please, stand here, right beside me.
He gave a sign to the conductor to stop the rehearsel and it became quiet, all were waiting for the bride to enter, ready to sing the openingspsalm.

I entered the chapel a bit tardy. Hoping I wasn't too obvious I came in quietly and sat next to Lizzie and the rest of my family. I saw Edward glare at me, I then smiled at him to reassure him that I was happy for he and Anne.
