PostSubject: Dialect   Mon Jan 13, 2014 4:46 am

I shall check the library on the morrow. Mayhaps there be a copy of the King James Bible to help new members with the dialect of the 16th century.

You guys and y'all were not used back then. It was thee or thou, unless it was an intimacy of which at only at that time the word YOU is used. You would never address the King as YOU.

A wench is NOT a barfly.. it is an endearment name of a beloved.

I be not talking to meself. I be addressing to all goody friends of court. I see not a blue tooth, therefore if thou speaketh to oneself, there is a place for thee called Bedlam.

I pray thee helps my lord and I thank thee.
