"Dear Inigo,

Today I have received a letter from my beloved aunt and it has filled her with happiness to know that you are on her side and that she has your support however can I thank you. As for me I have tried my hardest to fight against these waves of turmoil but Valerie has won I depart for Spain as soon as I am healed petty rumours and back biting is never an easy thing to her about ones self and I never ask for sympathy I knew full well what I was doing with the King but things have changed their is a child involved an innocent son born out of this brief passion that is what the king likes to say about me and him. I can't tell you how painful it is to hear that it was just a passion when I gave him my heart it is best for me to leave then Bavaria can go back to peace and Richard won't have to choose.

I will never forget your kindness towards me.

Isabella.
Princess of Portugal."

Dear Princess,

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope that things between you and the King will be solved. Especially for you son's sake. But hope you can also admire my sincerity when I say that I also care for my cousin Eleanor. In any case I wish you all the best. I already wrote to Emperor and I'm waiting for his answer. Hope to hear about you soon
