My dear sister,

It has been a long time since we last write each other and I hope you will forgive me for it.
I left Suffolk to return to Court some days ago and I was delighted to hear from our father that you just gave birth to a baby girl, my new little niece Mary.
Congratulations.
Your husband must be very proud of you. He couldn't desire a best wife.
I'm very happy and I hope delivering was not too painful for you.
I also hoped to be able to visit you, but I was told that you are now in Italy.
What a pity!
I've never been Italy, but I heard about the beauty of its places and the long sunny and hot days we miss in England.
I'm sure this journey will be good for you, but I can't imagine a way you could be more beautiful than what you are now.

I hope to hear from you soon. Tell me about you, about Italy and how you feel.
We miss you.

Your beloved brother,

Charlie

My dearest Brother,

I am pleased to hear that you have returned to court. Things haven't changed much since you left... Well, one thing has changed: Papa's new wife Catherine has given him a son. Italy is indeed beautiful. You also have another niece named Elizabeth.

With Love,

Victoria

Dearest sister,

Yes, I've known about our new step-brother.
I'm happy for our father, who seems to love deeply his new wife. Thought, perhaps I'm a little bit jealous, but I'm sure I will love our step-brother as much as I love you, Edward, Catalina, Jane and Margaret.
We are all brothers and God teaches us to love, especially our own family.
I do remember Elizabeth. How is she? Did she came with you?

Enjoy your time in Italy, dear sister, and come back to us soon.

With love,

Charlie

My dearest little brother,

Elizabeth is very well and is starting to walk.
She is with her Governess when I am busy with life at court. I try to spend more time with her as much as I can like normal mothers do. If God didn't place me in a life of Duchess or any high rank, I could spend my whole life with my girls.
I'll see you as soon as I return.

Sincerely,

Vicky
