"Do you hope to see the woman again?"She asked her dear brother.

"Not particularly, " he said with a shrug, "My attentions are...elsewhere. Beside why are you so curious about this girl?"

"I was just wondering that was all."She said to her dear brother.

He nodded and glanced out the window, a chill came down his spine. The sky had darkened, the clouds bulbous with the promise of rain.

"Have you met a man...is that it?" he asked, an amused smile formed on his lips.

"No I have not dear brother."She said to him.

He nodded and gestured for their cups to be refilled, "Did you..."

He took a sip from his cup, feigning nonchalance, "Did you see the Queen?"

"No not yet dear brother."She said looking down.

He smiled to himself, his mind flashed to golden memories of Mary. It was only one, the forget me nots in her hand...but it was enough, "Well...no doubt you shall in time, especially if you are staying here for a while."

"i am sure your right."She said softly to him.

He finished off his cup in one gulp, "Well...I must get on, Janet," he said, pushing himself up by the arms of his chair.

He smiled and tapped her hand, "I will see you again - soon."

"Brother?"She asked him.

He raised his brow at her question - rather miffed. He tugged upon the hem of his doublet - straightening the fabric out, "Yes?" he replied, fiddling with a button.

"Later may we go for a ride."She asked her brother.

He chuckled good naturedly and touched his hand to her cheek, "Of course if you wish."

He glanced out the window, into the rolling clouds which had burst and began to saturate the earth, "Perhaps later...when the weather clears."

He then smiled warmly at her, nodding his head in a gentlemanly fashion before leaving the room.
