While they were there both Henry Howard, Earl of Surrey and Henry Fitzroy, Duke of Richmond became violently sick, at the same time. Richmond was so ill, that for a while, it was feared he might die.
July 1533 - Pope Clement VII excommunicates King Henry VIII & his advisers (including Thomas Cranmer)
JSeptember 1533 - Anne Boleyn gives birth to Princess Elizabeth Tudor
November 1533 - Henry Fitzroy, Henry VIII's illegitimate son, marries Mary Howard (daughter of Thomas Howard, 3rd Duke of Norfolk) Anne Boleyn is said to have worked for this pairing.

First, I beg your grace's pardon for the impertinence of my writing to you. Having talent with neither pen nor words, I wonder how I am even to address this note.

Given your position and great nobility, I consider your kindness upon the balcony as an even greater act of generosity than I may have had you been as lowly a soul as I. For this kindness, I repeat my thanks.

I have no right, of this I am acutely aware, to request the pleasure of your company again. However, please consider me now a servant to your will. Acting on or for your behalf would at least be some may to salve my debt of gratitude.
