Archery Range

She'd been passing by the archery grounds and found Ben practicing with a crossbow. She waited until after he'd hit a perfect bull's eye then applauded slowly. "Very good, Your Grace. I believe your arrow always finds its target," she added flirtatiously.

Hearing a woman's voice, Ben turned around and was pleased when he saw the lady Rosenauer. I never miss he says with much confidence. What brings you out here my lady?

"'Never' is a strong word," she cautioned with a smirk. "I could not stand being indoors any longer, I wanted to be out in the sunshine.." She eyed him, remembering their passionate encounter.

"I use the word loosely" He responded and smiled at her "Do you you shoot?" He asked and remembered how she looked beneath her dress.

She noticed the way he eyed her, and she smiled, still inexperienced enough to blush. "I have had some practice on occasion," she said lightly. "You make it look easy enough." She ran a slender finger over the bow.

I stroll along, gazing out across the empty range...With a sigh, I carry on; lost in my thoughts and worries. Francis' reaction to my kiss from the Duke and now I was to leave my home!
Aimlessly, I carry on walking...enjoying the fresh air and the sight of home; for soon I would be taken from it!

-She grins looking at her father and picking up her bow and arrow she stood in her stance placin the arrow in her bow . She grabbed the bow and pulled it back by the arrow tip. She eye'd her target in front and let go of the bow freeing the arrow .The arrow landed in the second bulls eye- not bad huh dad?

"Charles watched her throwing the arrow and clapped slowly his hands with a smile"

Not bad...indeed! Well, it seems I thought you well. You're even better than your brothers. But don't tell them...

"He whispered jokingly winking at her"

Thank you daddy -She chuckled and tapped her nose- your secret is safe with me dad -she passed him the bow and an arrow- it's your turn. -she smiles innocently at him-

"Charles took bow and arrows from her delicate hands and smiled. He tried to concentrate himself, pointing directly at the target. Once he finally let his arrow fly in the empty air, he saw it hitting the target, incredibly next to Catalina's Arrow. He smiled pleased"

Uhm...not bad too, don't you think?

"He said glancing at her with an amused smile"

-She pouts and folded her arms across her chest- i think you could of did better dad -she took the bow from his hands and smiled- but it was a very good shot -she picked an arrow placing the arrow in he bow. She pulled the string back aiming at the target ,her lip coaxing the bow string breathingin and out slowly . She let go of the bow string letting the arrow fly and land dead on the bulls eye center- I hit the bulls eye -she chuckled and jumped up and down on one spot giggling-

"Charles laughed"

Oh...it seems I'm challenging a champion! Have I some hope to beat you?

"He asked raising an eyebrow"

I don't know father -she grins holdng the the bow- let us see -she winked at him - maybe there is still hope for you.

"Charles nodded"

Yes, yes...continue kidding me. You'll see what I can do. Give me the bow, please...

"He said smiling, happy to see that she was enjoying in his company"

-She passes him the bow and stood next to him- this is what i love -she smiles- spending time with my father ,having fun and a beautiful bedroom with a beautiful veiw.

"Charles smiled her back squeezing softly her cheek"

And I just want to see this smile on your lips, sweetheart. Always. But now...look here...

"He pointed at the target again and threw his arrow. This time he couldn't hit the centre but he went close to it"

Ohh...you distracted me, my lady!

"He said with fake disappointment"

-She laughs- oh daddy you are the best dad any daughter could ask for -she wraps her arms around you tightly- you always make me happy ,I want to make you happy . But i don't know how.What makes you happy daddy?

"Charles thought for a moment after her question"

Uhm...lets's see. A sincere and virtuous daughter would make me very happy. And you're both. Aren't you, darling?

"He asked, looking carefully at her expression"

-She nods- still intact daddy -she smiles innocently at him- can we go hunting now? or horse riding ? and then we can go and look around the grounds . It's such a beautiful day and you have a day off from the king. -she giggles- lets have some fun.

"Charles looked silently silently at her, before smiling"

Of course. We can go in the stables so you can choose an horse. But you haven't answered my question, yet...

"He added with a fake angry tone"

-She sighed and looked at him- i've only just moved in a few days ago dad .I don't think thats enough time for me to find a man and do business with him. In other words yes i'm still a virgin , happy now? -she blushed a deep red in her cheeks-

"Charles frowned still smiling and sighed deeply"

Oh well...I didn't meant that. But I'm happy to hear that. Better going to the stables, I made you blush enough today...

"He wrapped his arm around her shoulder again and left Archery Rage with her"

Oh daddy i didn't mean to snappy at you -she frowned and hugged him while walking away from the archery range- it's just hmmmm.... teenages get stroppy .
