Anne Bassett's Bedchambers

as i walk back to her chamber

Anne walks into her chambers with Guinevere and she closed the door once they were both in "Wine?"

yes i say you been at court long

Anne pours out two goblets of wine and hands her one "I have not, i have only arrived in from France." she said "I am Anne Bassett, are you married?"

not yet, i just been to Navarre think the King wishes for me to mary but nothing is set in stone yet as i sip the wine

Anne tilted her head "Do you know how to please a king?"

smiles tis not the king that wants me but his brother, but a little i have only been a mistress once

Anne tilted her head "Do you know how to kiss?"

Jasper tapped Jane's 'mother's' chamber as he seethed full of protective anger.

Anne stood up and opened the door "Why, hello." she said "Guinevere, its best you leave; we shall speak later."

Jasper bowed curtly,"My Lady mother,"he said sarcastically.

as i curtsy and leave

Anne smiled at him "I am glad you have finally learned your place, son in law,."

He scoffed and walked into the room, scanning it with steely eyes,"I do not need to know my place. I am a duke-it is you who should bow to me."

He turned to face her,"So...you are trying to poison my wife..."

Anne smirked at him and walked up to him slowly "Poison? No." she said "Her marriage to you wasn't faithful, how did she become with child so soon..did she fuck you before it?" she asked "Lost her maidenhead before you married." she made a 'tsk' sound and ran a hand over his chest "My daughter was always the one to follow her heart, and we believe she has made the wrong choice." she said her hand stopping at the area around his manhood.

"Our marriage was and is faithful,"he stated,"We were married in God's presence-there is no doubt of it's validity."

Anne tilted her head "And you are faithful to her? And she is too you?" she asked "She is young, with a wandering eye."

Jasper sighed,"Yes. We are both young and our eyes are for each other. Do not impose your adulterous tendencies on us."

Anne laughed "Really?" she asked "What of George Boleyn, Mary Lennox and Ursula Misseldon." she said "Because your eyes are really on eachother."

"So you spy on us, as well as trying to harm her?"he scoffed and brushed past her,"I could accuse you of witchcraft-have you burnt."

Anne looked at her "That would hurt her even more." she said "I am not witch, i am simply looking out for my daughter; and as for the poisoning, it wasn't me." she said "I would admit up to it if it was, but i did not do it for she carries my grandchildren."

"You will never meet my sons or daughters and you will never see my wife again,"he warned,"Do not presume to know me."

Anne raised her eyebrow "My daughter now has enemies at court, My Lord." she said "Since she is now in favor of George Boleyn, without knowing that she is, she will not be in harms way, they will try these desperate attempts but she has i and her ladies to protect her and you as her husband."
