That evening at the court of Whitehall, there was to be a musk ball. How I loved those kind of court entertainments. Dressing up and holding your face and flirting with ladies who may not have waited to speak to me again, after some sort of falling out. Maybe after a great nights fun in my own private chamber and then me not talking to them cause I would rather spend time with the newest lady at court. I entered the great hall dressed in my best and hiding behind a black mask. I wondered who I shall meet this night. I take some wine from a passing servant and through my musk, spy one the people in the hall, trying to caught a prey.
