Katherine Elizabeth Tudor's Bedroom

Katherine was sitting by the fireplace a few of her ladies where there and she had her night wear on it was late. She heard there was someone to see her she stood and told the servant to let them in.

Niklaus was having a walk along Palace. A rumor was running among courtiers: King's illegittimate daughter came to court. He always loved such intriguing stories. Surely she had many secrets in her past. Curious to meet her, he decided to knock at her door and to introduce himself officially to her "May I come in..Lady Katherine?"

One on the ladies went to the door and let him in.

"How may I help you?"

She asked him.

Niklaus smiled at the lady in front of him "Forgive my curiosity, my lady. But I'm looking for the King's daughter. A certain...Princess Katherine Elizabeth. Are you her lady in waiting?" He asked kindly

"I am Princess Katherine Elizabeth and you are?"

She asked him.

Niklaus giggled "Oh..my bad! Please forgive me, Your Highness. I just wanted to meet you in person. I'm Niklaus Petrovin, Count of Luga.." He bowed deeply

"Please come in a sit. How may I help you?"

She said walking to the fireplace with two of her ladies.

Niklaus stepped into room "Oh I just wanted to make your acquiatance. If I'm not wrong, you're King's daughter. And I imagine you have no friends at court yet. So..if you need something, you can ask my advice, Lady Katherine.." He offered kindly

"No I have only met Lord Charles."

She said softly to him.

Niklaus nodded "Charles Brandon..impossible not to know him. Oh I just crossed him in court. But people here call him the Second King. Are you both close?"

"He is best friends with my father."

She said to him.

Niklaus nodded, stopping beside window "I'm aware about that too, yes. Surely he never loses occasion to court a beautiful lady. He never changes. Tell me..are you attracted by him too?" He asked jokingly

Katherine Elizabeth set in the room brushing her hair wondering if she will ever find love like others.

On receiving word I went instantly to see my niece. A servant escorted me announcing my arrival to one of her ladies in waiting.

"Hello Niece it is good to see you again. How are you"

Katherine Elizabeth stood up and courtesy to her aunt."I am well aunt and how are you dear aunt?"She said to her with a smile on her face she was happy to see her aunt.

It was so refreshing to see my niece so happy that I just couldn't help but to smile back.

"It is very nice to be home once again are you happy to be back as well."

"I am dear aunt do you think I will find love like you and others?"She asked her dear aunt.

I gave a sympathetic smile it was clear to see that young Katherine was eager to marry just like her fellow peers around her.

"Yes, I don't see why you can't sometimes when you marry the love comes after. Love is like a flower you have to take care of it nourish it and over time it shall blossom into the most beautiful thing you have ever felt."

I said most honestly as I did not wish to get her hopes up

"Will my father find my husband soon you think and will he be noble to me?"She asked her dear aunt.

I knew that my brother was a very busy man so it was hard to tell how soon a suitor would be found for young Katherine.

"I wouldn't be surprised if he is searching for a good decent man right now for you my brother is always full of surprises. Never forget that you have half Tudor blood in you so your possible suitor would have to be of noble blood."

She hugs her aunt happy to see her.

I giggled taken aback by the sudden display of affection shown towards me, I was not used to it from my niece.

"I hope that you may find love young Katherine and that you'll make merry in its path"

"How is your children dear aunt?" She asked her dear aunt.

James and Oliver would soon be one it felt as if they had been around for much longer than a year.

"They are back in Scotland with their governess I wish I could bring them to see their uncle, but what if someone should hurt them."

I raised my shoulders with a look of exasperation on my face.
