As the Ambassador helped me sit, I see kindness in his eyes something I only see in my ladies eyes.
" Thank you and Please excuse me my lord for greeting you like this, but today I did not feel well enough to dress for visitors."

I gently sit and showed with my hand a chair that one of my ladies has brought in, I sat and listened as he spoke about Juana.
" She will make a powerful Queen Ambassador and with God by her side her reign will be a great one, please pass on my love and give her this that I made with my own hands so she will remember me."
I hand him a handkerchief I had embroidered, I feel a pain shooting through my heart, I take a deep breath in. I smile as he told me about the babies and when I heard my fathers name I touched my sliver cross around my neck. But when I heard Mary's name sadness filled in my heart, It had been many months since I last heard anything about my daughter.

"Ambassador this news about a alliance pleases me but that is not in my power, that is up to King Henry and I know in my heart he will not allow this marriage, I am sorry I could not be of any more help. "
