While they were there both Henry Howard, Earl of Surrey and Henry Fitzroy, Duke of Richmond became violently sick, at the same time. Richmond was so ill, that for a while, it was feared he might die. July 1533 - Pope Clement VII excommunicates King Henry VIII & his advisers (including Thomas Cranmer) JSeptember 1533 - Anne Boleyn gives birth to Princess Elizabeth Tudor November 1533 - Henry Fitzroy, Henry VIII's illegitimate son, marries Mary Howard (daughter of Thomas Howard, 3rd Duke of Norfolk)

As my horse and I came upon the entrance, I looked up at the front exterior of the palace to admire it "After so many miles to get here, we finally have arrived girl."

Mary was staying in a Palace that was built just after marriage arrangements had been made. Only personal invitations were sent out and Mary had done just that to her long term friend Juliette. Quite frankly with James coming and going like a headless chicken Mary found herself in a state of confusion and frustration. Looking out to her land Mary could see an arrival walking across the drawbridge. She had sent a servant to see just who it was. On closer inspection Mary found it to be her friend.
Excitement filled her like a horse running for its freedom. Her shoes slapping down hard on the cold stone stairs as the colour of lilac underskirts billowed around in a circle.

As I was walking my horse through the Entrance, I see a beautiful figure walking towards me. Turns out to be my most dearest friend, Mary."Mary, it's been too long." I say as I smile.
