Chapuys reached the entrance to Ludlow and got off his horse, leaving it to the stable boys who approached him to take care of it. He looked at the castle and frowned, it had been a while since he saw the Princess Mary. He entered and asked the guard to announce him.
While waiting, he wondered how she was doing, far from all the troubles at court, but also far from her beloved mother.

Mary was told that chapguys was here and it warmed her heart to hear. He was the only person she trusted she approached him in a friendly manner refraining herself fron prying eyes. She tilted up her head and smiled.
Ambassador Chapguys i trust that your journey here was comfortable

Chapuys took off his hat and made a graceful bow, smiling friendly.

Your Highness, I am most delighted to see you in good health. Yes, my yourney was comfortable, I like travelling and the environment is beautiful. How are you? He looked at her with concern.

Mary smiled kindly.
Well none of my letters are reaching my mother i can only guess that they are being taken somewhere and thoroughly inspected please let's discuss this in the living room.
Mary made her way to the lounge quarters.

Grace arrived at Ludlow Castle to see her cousin. She steps out of her carriage looking around this was her first time at Ludlow Castle. She smiled at the site of her cousin.

It was bright and early the sun was not too hot the evening air could still be felt against warm skin. Mary was heavily guarded as serious threats were made by the Howards the guards were sent from Spain secretly snicked in. As they turned around they noticed a blonde haired lady un-mounting her horse Mary was curious as to who she was.

"My lady who sent you here"

"I am daughter of Roland de Velville who is your father's half-brother."She said curtsy to her.

"Half brother! From which side my Grandmothers or Grandfathers"

Mary asked her totally perplexed for the marriage of Elizabeth of York and Henry VII had always been a fruitful one according to many reports from historians.

"From our Grandfathers side."She said softly.

"I see Well, how does it feel knowing that you are related to royalty. "

Mary asked her kindly find a seat to take on some untouched hay

"It's ok I guess I spent most of my time at Beaumaris Castle."She said softly to her.

"I've never heard of such a place it sounds rather French. Is it in England."

Mary was still curious as to why her visitor was here naturally she thought the worst. Perhaps somebody at caught paid her to spy on Mary it wouldn't be the first time.

"Yes it is."She said to her.

Mary nodded, smiling at the stranger.

"And have you been to Hampton or Whitehall yet spring is the best time to go."

"Whitehall."She said to her.

"Do you have any other family relatives that have met my father also."

Mary asked trying to work out a better picture about her guest.

"I have a sister and my mother."She said to her.

"Maybe I can talk to your father for you?"She asked her.

Mary shook her head, although the gesture was thoughtful, nothing could change his mind, he was after all too in love.

"Thank you but no I would not want you to get into any trouble."

"Maybe I can ask him for me to come here more. Or for you to come visit me."She said with a smile.

"You are very kind to come and see me it means a great deal to me I won't forget this kindness."

She told her honestly as Mary now started to imagine what Beaumais castle was actually like. All in all, Mary felt connected to her own mother here as when she was younger this where she use to live.

"I can even give you a room fit for a princess."She said with a smile on her face.

"After everything that has happened, I value friendship more than earthly things. Did you know that you are first family member to visit me here no one else will. I'd be happy with any room you gave me and a chance for freedom again."

Ludlow was a marvelous place to be at times Mary got angry with staring at the same four walls all day.
