Royal Stables

The servant takes me inside of the stable as I look at all the beautiful horse as I'm waiting for James... I smile every time I think of him, I think I'm falling for him, I think he feels the same for me...

Then I see her, a true vision of beauty. As I walk towards her, I extend my hand to her, kissing it then kissing her lips softly. I then wave the stable boy away as I want to be the one to help her mount the horse. I place my hands on her waist and hug her, as I grin at her, then hoist her onto the horse. I then mount mine and look at her as I lead her out.

I catch him in the corner of my eye as he is coming towards me, I smile widely ..as my stomach feels like butterflies whenever I see him.. he reaches for my hand, kissing it then kissing my lips softly.... he waves the stable boy away as I giggle...he places his hands on my waist first then hugs me, then hoists me up on the horse.. he mounts his....

He winks at me as I start to follow..."My sweet, your horses are very beautiful when I was younger I had a handsome stallion, he was all black, his name was Ares, but he fell sick and we had to put him down, horses are beautiful creatures. .. as I try to smile...thinking of Ares...but then I turn my thoughts on James, and what today will bring.....

I lead the way, through court and into the country. I glance at her as we ride side by side. I grin, thinking of a great day ahead. We get on a path and into the forest.

We arrive back at the stables, the stable boys take our horse , linking my arm with his ,we make our way back to the castle...

Janet and her ladies dismounted from their horses and looked around as the men took there horses. She still had her hood up.

I was alerted by the grounds keeper who had seen a few horses riding on our land. I had four royal guards with me I was a princess after all. Standing I beckoned for the women on their horses to come closer to me finally she had arrived I hoped the young lady I had been waiting to meet.

She and her ladies took off there hoods and curtsies to the princess.

"Your Majesty I am Lady Janet Stewart Duchess of Sutherland."

She said softly.

I watched as they curtsied down to me it felt empty not having Royce here with me I pushed that thought away from my mind. Stepping down I lifted up the young girls chin. Lady Janet Stewart I assume. I could see no resemblance to my beloved brother she must look like her mother then.

"I am your Majesty."

She said standing as her ladies stood.

I took the picture and looked at it thoroughly I did not remember her at all I gave the picture back to Janet. That sounds like a German name to me was she German. Do you know much about their affair. I had to cover all areas it was my duty as a Princess

"Well her father was James Stewart, 1st Earl of Buchan uncle to James II of Scotland."

She said softly to her.

I was extremely confused her mother was my granddads daughter!! I had to hold on to the wall I felt ever so faint. My lady let me figure this out your mother is my granddads daughter and your dad is my farther This was a lot of news to take in at once.

"No my grandfather is your our grandpa's uncle."

She said to her.
