Nan had some rest at guest room and washed herself with Emilie's maids help. She changed her dress and made her hairs well. She was ready to go dinner. She was really starving. She found the dinning room and walked in. Emilie was not there. Maids were preparing the table. She walked to windowside and waited them in silence.

After having to prepare the table and start to serve dishs, the maids open the double door of the room, a little moment later, Emilie join the room with Olympe walking by her side, holding her soft little hand in hers, they enter it, Emilie turn to Nan, smiling and tell her.
Nan, here it is my daughter, Olympe.
She turn to her daughter and continue the presentations.
Olympe, here is duchess, lady Nan, who will be our guest for some time.

Olympe look at the lady with curiousty as her mother talk with her, turn to her mother and listen to her attentively as she introduce her to her , she turn again to the duchess, hesitating, then, trying to behave as a true lady, she courtsey clumsily and tell a bit shyly.
Hello, lady Nan.
She follow her mother around the table, who help her to sat on her high chair and put a large napkin around her neck and fill her goblet with water, before to come to sat by her side, between her and Nan, then Olympe get a piece of bread and bite in it slowly.

Nan watched them coming into dinning hall. She could barely recognize Olympe. She grow up so much. She waited Emilie to introduce them each other and curtsey back kindly.

She said with a cute voice. Olympe did curtsey so cute and she couldnt avoid smiling wide. Then she walked to table with them and took her place on chair.

Emilie smile softly in seeing her mother entering the room, she look at her with a loving air as she tell them hello so gently, she answer her tenderly.

Little Olympe turn to her grandmother and smile as she join them while eating her bread while Emilie look at her mother as she introduce herself to Nan, remaining silent, she decide to let them get acqauinted by themself, the maids enter the room with a dish of soup made with the domain's vegetables and herbs of wich appetizing scent fill the room and make salivate Emilie and they start to serve them.

Nan looked towards door as its opened. It was a little much older lady than Emilie but still so beautiful. She slowy got up from her chair and curtsyed kindly

She could say kindly and tried to add a warm smile. She really looked like Emilie. Especially their eyes.She slowy sat down again.

She smiled as her granddaughter spotted her. "Hello, sweetheart," she waved. And, she turned to face her daughter, and smiled. "Hello, Emilie," she waved. Cecile bowed her head to Lady Nan. "The pleasure is all mine, my lady," she said. With that she sat across from her granddaughter, and smiled. "I am quite hungry," she said.

Emilie smile softly as her mother answer her and look at her sat near to Olympe, feeling that there is a bond between these two ones, endeared, then turn to look at her mother and Nan getting acquainted together, then she turn again to her mother.
I am glad to hear that, so you should do honor to the dinner, I hope that it willl please you even if it's just a modest family dinner.
As she see that everyone's plates are filled, she start to eat with appetite.

Emilie smile, feeling verdeep happiness to be reunited with her mother, this all new family life with Cecile and Olympe that is begining is so sweet and reassuring, she hadn't feel that much serene and complete since the moment where she have leave the castle where she have grow up for England.
Me too, maman ! and you know, on the domain, there is a vegetable garden, a orchad of different fruit tree species, also a small poultry and some goats, and of course there many workers around domain for care of all this, so we are nearly self-sufficiency, aside for cereals and a few other products, we even have extras that we sell, so nearly all that you will eat here at Eastnor is produced here !
She eat her soup with appetite, savouring the taste of the fresh vegetables and herbs in it.

Cecile nodded. The young servant placed the food in front of her, and she lifted her spoon, and ate some of the soup. "Oh, my this is absolutely some of the best soup I have ever had," she said. Usually herbs was always Cecile's favorite....ever since she was a child really.

Emilie smile in hearing her mother's compliment, especially since she feel that it's sincere, she continue to eat her soup slowly, glance at her daughter and see that she eat with appetite too.

Emilie and Olympe finish their soup fastly and the servent serve them the main course, Emilie eat some of it.
I am glad to hear that maman.
She smile, feeling proud of being the own of this wonderful castle and having give really a new life to both the castle and the domain that was abandoned since many years and reveal it's unexpected richness of its ground and the gains that it bring to her.
Yes, I adore this castle, I have never regret to have acquie it. I love to live there even more than at court, it's so peaceful and agreable to live and above all, it's my home. My rooms at both palaces of whitehall and hampton court are big and comfortable but it's still only a room, so when I come back here after a journey at court, I appreciate beyond words the immense space that I do have here.

Olympe, eating the main course with appetite, glancing at her grandmother, still very curious about her since she have encounter her so recently, she smile to her while listening to her mother words, then she nodd vigorously and tell to Elizabeth.
Yes, we have only a room each at the palaces, while here, we have many rooms and I have all my dolls, toys, books and drawing materials, and when we go at court, I can take only a bit of things and I don't like that !

She drink some water and giggle with her grandmother, realizing the funniest of her words because the fact she can't talk all her toys at court and have to let many many others here, show how many toys she have got !, and she feel very lucky to have got all these toys and dolls and to be that much spoiled and loved.

Emilie listen to her daughter and mother talking together, and smile amused by her mother's words, guessing how much she will spoil her surely, as Olympe answer to Cecile, she feel touched and moved by her words, she have dream of such a relationship between them but never dared to believe that it's would happen and now it's happening ! She think to Armand, of whom she have recieve a letter just before to join them at dinner hall, feeling still emotionfull after that, her heart full of happiness ... he hadn't forget her at all, he just had to deal with major troubles in a region of his kingdom and couldn't write to her, his feelings for her are remain the same, herself still love him as much as when he left and they will marry, soon. She turning again to her mother, realize that she hadn't yet tell her at all about him, she was too feared that he would have forget her and this idea did break her heart, so she preferred to don't evocate him with anyone, she reflect about how to announce it to her, then tell her.
Maman, I have something of important to tell you.
Then she turn to her daughter and tell her about the letter and that they should see Armand again soon, she can see that Olympe look surprised, but happy of this news.

Emilie, getting a bit nervous seen the importance of what she have to tell her take a deep inspiration, then tell her, finding the strenght in the love that she feel for Armand.
Maman, I have encounter a man, at court, a long time ago, it has been like a love at first sight between he and I, I love him and he love me too, it's very serious between us since he talk about marriage.
She look deep in her mother's eyes, guessing how surprised she must be of such important revelaion.
I hadn't hadn't tell you early because he had to leave for go back in his country and after one letter, I have remain without news of him for a very very long time while and of course I have imagine everything that you can imagine ...
She smile happily, feeling moved and happy.
But I have recieve a letter of him, today, he hadn't forget me at all nor anything, he do love me, want to me again very soon and to marry me.
