Mademoiselle...I'm here for asking news about Queen's health. I was in King's chambers when she fainted. Is she alright?

She asked hesitantly and showing concern

Isabelle nodded after hearing her words and sat on the sofa. She tried to smile

I'm Isabelle De Guise, mademoiselle Anne. I'm the Marquess of Rambouillet and I know their Majesties since long time..

She sighed thinking about what's happened and looked at her

You see...I was in King's chambers. We were just talking, but the Queen entered suddenly and she saw us together. She tought...that we were flirting, so she started to shout at me. And after few time she fainted, as you know..

She explained keeping her eyes on her face to see her reaction

She lied and glanced secretely at her face to see if she was believing her words

Is the queen not a friend of yours? Then the one thing you could do is not to dine alone with the king again the queen does not need this she is with child. I really did hope she would not dine alone with the king again. I went and poured myself some milk. Would you like some wine? I asked eating a fig.

Is the Queen with child again? Oh...I didn't know that. This means...that I'll avoid to stay alone with the King, since now. I..I really need some wine, thank you..

She said placing her hand on her lap, a bit shocked by such news

I smiled wealky and went and brought her the jug of wine. Here i thought you could pour yourself some i don't know how much you wanted. Isabelle i think you could do much better than a king and i think that her majesty could use all the friends she needs at this time. I know that it is hard but whatever feelings you have for the king why not put them to good use towards a man who wants to be loved. I was trying to save her reputation she seemed like a nice enough woman.

She took a sip from her drink and thought for a moment

Rather...there is a man here at court who treated me badly. He...he really tried to rape me and I had to escape from his chamber. I think the King should punish him.."

She said, hoping to get her revenge

I think he is. His sister, Coralie, is the favourite lady in waiting to the Queen. His name is Pierpont Guyot..

I had heard the last name of them and smiled. You do know that the king and Coralie had an affair i think that it is bezt if you told her majesty as she will help you the most with this situation. I have never met him and never wish too but i shall be very wary of the men at court.
