William was pleased that she knew of him and his family, but when she whispered her name to him she almost seemed embarrassed "Then you are very loyal to the crown as well" he smiled "You and I have much in common lady Wyatt and i'm very pleased to meet you. Would you like to walk with me and get to know each other?"

Margaret felt flattered by his proposal. She nodded slowly while looking at him "Yes...my lord, of course. I would love to.." She replied before leaving the clothes in her hands and keeping on walking along market with slow steps at his side "I have never seen you around court, sir William...but I am pleased to meet you as well. I suppose you have so much to say about yourself...while about myself..there is nothing interesting, my lord.." She added with a soft chuckle while turning her head to meet his eyes "Unless..is there something do you want to know about me, my lord?" She asked staring at him

William smiled and offered her his arm as they walked through the loud noise of people passing by until they finally found a quiet place "I don't really stay at court much, my place is at my family home unless the King summons me" he shrugged and glanced over to her until he met her eyes and how the sunlight made them sparkle "I would like to know everything about you, anything you would like to share with me" he added with a grin.

Margaret smiled and blushed a bit "Well..there is not so much to say, my lord. My brother is Thomas Wyatt, the poet. Probably you have heard of him..or read some of his poetries.." She paused for a moment before adding "Also..I am married. My husband lives abroad since more than one year for business..and I have rarely news of him. But I have a little son who gives me much love and consolation.." She explained before turning her eyes towards him to see his reaction. He probably thought she was a maid or something and maybe this was the reason he approached her..

William listened as she spoke, and he couldn't help the smile that graced his face when she mentioned that her husband was away and that she rarely saw him. "You must miss your husband then?" He asked as he brought her arm closer to his and envisioned her in a way that even made him blush a bit.

Margaret let him bringing her arm closer to his, so she could put softly her hand upon his arm while walking "Yes..of course I miss him, my lord.." She replied looking at his face. Noticing his cheeks blushing, she smiled a bit "Although, I feel lucky having my son. And also..my new position in Queen's household keeps me very busy.." She turned her eyes for a moment before asking "And..what about you, sir William? Are you married?" She wondered if she had to ask such question, but she wanted to know that. That's why she asked without thinking further

William noticed how her face lit up when she spoke of her child and that again made him grin towards her. "Yes, I too am married but it was an arranged marriage for our two families to gain alliances with each other" he said almost vaguely. He then turned his attentions back to her "A new position for the queen that must be exciting, especially since...well i'm not one to know about the ladies who serve the queen but i'm sure if the queen chose you she made a good choice" he couldn't stop smiling after he spoke as his interest was growing more and more for her.

Margaret smiled softly for his words "Thank you, my lord..I really hope not to disappoint Queen Anne and Boleyn's family. I'm doing my best, and I like my new task, actually.." She turned her eyes towards him while walking along market "An arranged marriage, you say? Oh..I see. Noble people usually do that. But..I also hope that you are happy with your wife.." Her last sentence was actually a question, since she wanted to know more about him. Especially...about his private life. She couldn't help to notice his blue eyes staring at her and she blushed a bit

"There is no doubt in my mind that you will be best lady that the Queen has on her service" he said as he gently took a stand of red hair between his fingers and then smiled at her.

Then after she spoke about his marriage he turned away for moment, "Like I said my marriage was arranged and she has no interest in me nor I in her, it's purely for show" William admitted not knowing why but his mood changed and he didn't want to discuss it any further.

Margaret understood that he didn't want to talk further about his marriage. So she decided to change topic "Of course..I understand. So..what do you like to do most, my lord? I love reading and sewing, for istance.." She hoped not to seem silly and smiled a bit "But of course..you must have other important and interesting things to do, I suppose.." She replied looking at him

After hearing her voice again William's mood shifted and he smiled towards her "I'm sure anything you do is important" he squeezed her hand lightly "I enjoy hunting, jousting and taking walks with redheaded beauties" he winked.

Margaret smiled, lowering her eyes and blushing a bit, especially as he squeezed her hand "You are very kind, my lord. Have you ever met the Queen? She is very beautiful as well.." She asked suddenly to avoid to focus the conversation on herself. She felt flattered by his compliment but a bit embarassed "If you don't..as her Chief lady in waiting, I can arrange a private audience with Queen Anne, sir William. She will be delighted to meet you. And so am I.." She added turning her glance towards him

William grinned at her offer and then pulled her into an alley way, but in a way as to not make her feel threatened. He slightly pushed her against the wall as he lifted his arm above her "I appreciate the offer but alas, i'm more interested in seeing you in private that is if you don't think that is being too hasty?" he asked as he gently played with her soft locks.

Margaret felt surprised as he brought her into an hidden corner of the street and pushed her against the wall. She blushed as her breath was going to be deeper. She lowered her eyes for a moment, since she had to admit that she felt attracted by him "My lord..I..I would love seeing you in private.." She sighed raising her eyes towards him, letting him play with her locks "I..I'll be at my family home in the next days, Allington Castle. I'll be pleased..and honoured, having you as my guest, sir William.." She whispered softly, staring at him

Her voice was like that of whisper of the wind and William was not yet ready to let that go "Then you shall count on me to be there tonight to share dinner with you. my lady Wyatt" he said, smiled and kissed her hand as he slowly walked away from her.

Margaret watched him leaving from her. She sighed deeply, leaning her head against the wall. So she left market to reach Palace as well with fast steps
