Anne kissed his back slowly and she couldnt help the laugh that escaped her lips "I have to promise you my loyalty, yet you can promise nothing...How cynical of you Charles Brandon. I heard you were a man of true loyalty, f not in love then in friendship." She said to him and maneuvered herself into his lap, so she straddled him and she ran her delicate fingers over the soft bristle of his stubble "You can be a loyal friend, can you not?"

She felt her heart pound in her chest as she felt his lips over hers, she liked the way his stubble tickled against her skin "You have no need to ask me, I am yours this night." She whispered and she kissed him back deeply, her hand coming up to his cheeks, her tongue running against his. Her heart was beating so fast she was near sure it would come thumping out of her chest.
