"Charles giggled and shrugged a bit"

Well...it was a very traditional proposal. I brought her in the garden after Party. And under moonlight, I asked her to marry me...and I gave her a ring. An engagement ring. Ehm...are you surprised?

"He asked smiling, looking at her with a teasing glance in his eyes"

She smiled teasingly.

"Oh yes.. I am really surprised because it was a romantic purpose. I didn't expect it."

Then she giggled and hit her arm slowly to his arm.

"Are you excited?"

She smiled teasingly again.

"Charles giggled as she hit his arm with hers"

Yeah...of course I am. My previous marriage has been a disaster. I hope of being a better husband, this time. Catherine deserves it...

"He replied, leaving his goblet on the table"

"I am looking forward to meeting with her. I really wonder."

She smiled and then she saw Charles left his goblet on the table. She wanted to drink another glass of wine with him but she knew he was busy recently. Also,she has already had two goblets of wine before she came to his room. That's why she didn't say anything.

"I think I should go now.."

"Charles frowned surprised while smiling"

Ohh...already? Come on...stay here for a little while further, Alfonsina. Unless you have something important to do...

"He winked and rubbed softly her arm"

She smiled as he rubbed her arm.

"I'd like to stay Charles you know.. But I do no want to block your jobs to do."

"Charles smiled her back and sighed"

"He laughed and hugged her"

Then she kissed his cheeks and smiled.
