i am sorry for it has taken me so long to reply but i have been traveling and
under the weather with food poisoning from pulled pork 2 nights ago. i am a little better
not much . ill recover.


i do love Cakes and tea with scones and berries, it is quite cold but the fire is lovely. the lady Jane Seymour is quite lovely im sure that you would like her. it is always so active here at court and its always full of life and great celebrations .
the lady Jane Seymour's brother Sir Thomas is a wonderful man. i hope that one day, i will find that great love , and he will love me as i truly love him.

i do think that his majesty fancies me since he has sent me many gifts tho i did not give him cause to do so
i must send them back , for it is not proper for me to keep them.

it also has things that are native to your country and many personale things that your would recognize
i know it will keep you quite warm it is lined with fur and down and satin ribbons along the border , with pearl and
sequins, and beads sewed in to it with gold lame threads , i do hope that you like it. And I hope you like the book too.

I have left the Corridor and i am sitting here alone thinking of Sir Thomas, though i should not have such thoughts, but i can not help but think of his smile and his laugh. i have sent him a message i hope that he responds. i will wait here in my chambers and do some needle point and do some of my writings i think the king my like them.


i am also thinking of his majesty but how could that be though he says he is fine i see sadness in his eyes
and i have a feeling for him that i have never had before , a feeling of great affection and love , but i must not
it is not proper for me , but still i can not help the way i feel for both men. what am i to do?

i wonder if his majesty noticed my feeling for him? i imagine he will call for me i will wait to hear from his majesty.

we walk in to the dinning room it is filled with the members of court. there is music playing and people are dancing and eating and having a great time.

White smiles happily and friendly 'ahh thankyou my dear friend, thanks for everything, yes let me see how my hair is...' she says and goes to the mirror, checks her hair , arranges it a little and says ' I am ready let's go' they walk and enter in the dining room, the music is cheerful and she wishes her Merci was there so they could dance , but soon he will be there and she will be the happiest ever.
She glaughs when her friend talks 'ahh dear Catherine, that's the king but the other man is not my Meric, he will be here the next week I guess, and he's thousands times more handsome ofcourse' giggles an continues 'but yes, let's say hello to Henry if you want'

I have arrived back to whitehall place and i am in my chambers ia m sitting at my desk writing in my diary
Dear Diary ,

i have been away for such a very from the palace for such a very long time . i have missed so much here, and we are now going in to the christmas season. the place looks simply lovely dressed in crimson,greens,and golds, lots of candles lit everywhere, and the fragrance of cinnamon, and spice, and the scent of pine from the christmas trees is in the air. it reminds of my childhood days here at the palace.


i wonder how my dear friend White is and of she has had her baby? im sure she will come and find me. i have not seen his Grace Charles Brandon or his Majesty the King i hope that they are well. they must be away on another hunting trip . they do love it so .

it is so nice to be back at the palace and to be sitting here in my chambers at my desk writing in my diary thinking of this wonderful holiday season and the new year its going to be a great year there is so much to look forward to.

its such a lovely day the sun is shining and i can hear the birds outside the window cardinals and blue jays fly by my window and land on the windowsill . the sunlight reflects against the glass and creates a rainbow up against the wall of my chambers.

i am going to change out of my traveling clothes and take a bath then take a rest on my bed then dress for dinner i do hope that i get a visit form his majesty and his grace it would be so lovely to see them again i have missed them so .
