Catherine Parr's bedchamber

Catherine was a very sweet woman. I went into her room and smiled.

_ "I have a gift for you".

I said smiling, and I showed her a book I had in my hands.

__ "This book is written by my sister in law, Margaret of Valois, She is a follower of Luther."

I said smiling conspiratorially.

I looked at her and smiled , i replied " thank you for the book i will treasure it you are to kind "

please come in and sit with me would you like some tea and cakes ?

i love christmastide dont you? I handed her a small silk pouch , here this is for you i hope that you like it

I smiled politely Catherine.

_ "Yes, I too love Christmas"

I said smiling.I took the gift from Catherine.

_ "You are very kind Catherine.Thanks, I like tea and cookies. I'm Spanish and I don't speak very well English language...Forgive me if some expressions are incorrect".

I said smiling and I sat in a chair.

you need not worry no one will judge you her in my chambers please feel free to be yourself and be comfortable i hope that you enjoy yourself here at court . his majesty always has such wonderful parties

Yesterday I received a letter from Navarre.My sister, princess Bienaventurada, is very sick."

I said sadly.

Thanks Catherine.You're very kind.I told her politely smiling.Tomorrow I will travel to Navarra to be with my family..I'll be happy to keep in touch with you.I politely said goodbye and I left the room.

Again in England I remembered my friend Catherine Parr.I was lonely and I had a big problem.Catherine was a kind woman, I felt great affection toward her.I decided to go visit her and tell her my problem...

I went into the Catherine´s room and I sat in a chair...thanks my lady, I'll take a little tea..I'm confused...I have a serious problem and I do not know how to solve it.You are always very nice with me and I want to tell you my problem for know your opinion . I told her very serious.

It is a beautiful fall day and i have just arrived at the place i have been away a long time its nice to be back here in my chambers. im sure that there is so much to see and that has changed while i was away.

it would be so nice to see his Majesty i do hope that he is well. he has been very kind to me while i have
been here.

im going to have my ladies unpack my things and change for dinner

my ladies have unpacked my things and i have dressed for dinner with his majesty i will
stay in my chambers and catch up on my writings and wait to be called for dinner

i have finished my writing and have decided to go for a walk i can hear music playing through out the castle
i think its coming from the great hall. i make one last check on my appearance and then leave my chambers.
the sounds of music sound so lovely as they echo through out the halls of the castle.

Im in my chambers getting ready for the summer party i have heard that it is going to be quite and event and that Lady Nan Sayville has organized the party for his majesty and members of the court.
the summer is here and the gardens are in full bloom and looking out of the window to my chambers the colors are so vibrant and so rich . the birds and singing and the trees are so majestic and tall it seems that each yr they get more beautiful . i am so lucky to be here at court . i am looking forward to the party .

i wonder if his grace Charles Brandon will be there it would be so nice to see him and to have a dance with him he is such a fine dancer and he is a very handsome man . he is such a kind man i enjoy talking with him.

i think tonight i will wear my midnight blue dress with the silver trim and the sapphire and diamond earrings, necklace and ring.

its time to go to the summer party i am going to make my way to the main corridor and walk down the to the great hall where i hope to see many of my dear friends here at court .

I went to visit Lady Catherine, it has been a long time since I saw her.

The servant introduced me to my Lady, welcoming in.

"Lady Catherine" I bowed "How do you do?"

the court servant knocked on the door of my chambers i replied "please come in " the court servant announced who was coming in "Myady Sir Anthony Knivert"

i invited Sir Anthony to come in and sit down

i returned with a curtsey

"Sir Anthony, how do you do, good evening please come in how lovely to see you" are you well ?

i smiled and walked over to the fireplace and sat down

are you enjoying the party ? where have you been? i have not seen you in quite a long time

its cold outside the snow is on the ground its christmas time in England and i have just arrived back at
white hall palace. i have been told that there is a party in the great hall. my ladies in waiting helped me unpack and get ready for the palace christmas party .

i am looking forward to seeing his majesty, and his grace and all the ladies of his majesty's court .

i will be wearing a burgundy satin gown and tiara and the necklace that was given to me by my mother
