Well...I admit I'm not displeased about that. But...seriously, I'm worried about Victoria. Oh..look. Our Henry is hungry, I guess. You should feed him...

| Catherine grinned pleased that she could still make Charles laugh. I know you are darling and you won't rest until you have seen her but please do remember she is old enough to look after herself now I just hope you can see it from my point I am you're wife and am trying my best to make this family work and not crumble apart. Catherine stroked his cheek softly | |

I know...and I love you for that, my sweetheart. But you know...for a parent, children never grow old. I already lost Victoria's childhood. That's why I want to be at her side when she needs me. About this beautiful boy...I won't lose anything about his life. His first steps, his first words. Everything...

| Catherine smiled for his words. Oh really here for every step what about when he needs changing? You are an excellent farther Charles and you have got to stop with this guilt. Catherine tailed of latching Henry to her breast with a slight wince. You were just young yourself when she was born and you also had a duty to go with the king whenever he wanted you to darling have you told the king about our Henry? If Victoria is withchild again then... Thomas is hardly at court did you discuss her trip to Italy Taking his hand she kissed it gently. | |

No...I haven't talked with the King, yet. He is at Grafton House with Lady Anne, actually...
"Then he frowned, hearing her last words"
Trip to Italy? What are you talking about, my love?

| Catherine lifted both of Charles hands. Oh look what are these? Why yes these are hands capable hands to write to the king with Catherine muttered in a sarcastic way smiling. Ok at the Christmas gathering Victoria came up to us and to which you said 'I heard about your trip to Italy we need to talk' So my darling husband did you talk about the "trip" | |

| "Charles thought for a while. Then he nodded"
Ohh...yes. I almost forgot. Victoria has been in Italy, recently. Alone. I have no idea who she met there...and why Thomas wasn't with her...
"He explained. Then smiled at little Henry"

| Catherine smiled with a little giggle. Ah darling you do not see it Victoria is just like you in many ways. Perhaps she had a brief fling with an Italian! Is she even happy in her marriage. I am happy in my marriage with you even though you do have a wandering eye towards the ladies. I am trying to be a good stepmother but Victoria is lustful and takes it too far. For crying out loud she kissed the duke Westmoreland "I only wanted just a taste of his lips" was her reply. She is like you through and through so I am sorry but you will just have to deal with Victoria on your own I shall always be here to support you afterwards Catherine smiled reasuringly to him. | |

Maybe you're right. Victoria is exactly like me...but I'm sure she is faithful to her husband. On the other side, I was not with her...so I can't be sure if she met someone else...

| Catherine grew even more annoyed. I wrote to the Duke and he never slept with Victoria do you not even care that their kiss could of ruined their marriage? No of course you do not but I do as you yourself are wrecking our marriage! God it irritates me that you treat Victoria as your only child like she is the one who only exsists! Whatever she has done she will have to pay for the consquences herself if she is withchild and tries to even claim it as the dukes then she will not even have a leg to stand on. | |

| Catherine was fuming. So I have just given birth and yet she can turn it around and make it about her... But do not hire a wet nurse though as I still am unsure where they come from oh and be careful around people with germs especially flu and smallpox. I have a winter child that is magical I hope the rivers will freeze over and people will be able to Ice skate and they also have those lovely little stalls set up with warm spices smelling throughout | |

My love...you know that I'll grant you the best assistance ever for you and our baby. Germs or...cold winter won't harm you in any way. Why are you so worried?
"He asked curiously and smiling"

| Catherine could not keep a straight face she had to look away when she started to speak. Yes yes I know you will be even a better Farther than you have been in the past. I have two confessions to make I have brought a dog actually you brought it for me and I have named him Gardiner after bishop Gardiner he is but a horrid man oh and I wrote a letter to the Duke of Westmoreland. In my opinion I was merely updating him about court events. Catherine smiled feeling greatly better to tell him. | |

A letter to the Duke of Westmoreland? Yes...that's a good idea. I guess it's about Victoria and her new child. And...
"Then he frowned and stopped suddenly. He looked at her"
Wait...you said a dog? Named Gardiner?
"He asked curiously" | |

| Having heard the joyous news of the Duchess' delivery, I make my way to her chambers. My ladies trail behind me baring gifts for the future Duke as way of my congratulations. Arriving, one of the maids knocks and announces. "Her Majesty, the Queen of Navarre asks for your Grace to receive her?" We wait for the Duchess' response outside her door. | |

| Catherine was going to tell Charles about her new puppy but she looked at Charles as a knock on the door appeared. Charles I am but half decent and it is rude to turn away a guest a Royal one at that. Quickly covering herself up she nodded to Charles Ok I am ready now do I look presentable for a Queen to set her eyes upon | |

| Catherine looked at him lovingly surprised by his kiss she had not expected it and it was a very lovely she wished she had been more alert. She looked towards the door excited that a Queen was going to see her first born son. | |

Catherine...what is it, my love? Is Henry alright?
"He asked coming closer. He knew her facial expressions very well. And she was obviously worried for something"
