Lady Marys server give the letter from Lady Mary at Thomas More.

Thomas received Princess Mary's servant and read carefully her letter. She was worried about her mother, as himself was. So he kept on writing an answer for her. After he finished, he handed it to servant again

Mary arrived Thomas More office and knock at his door.

She hope that can Thomas More can give her answers of the married of her parents.
Nobody want tell her whats the matter is that the King abandon her Mother.
She will know if it the truth that the King want a divorce from her mother.

A servant announced him that Princess Mary wanted to see him. Thomas nodded, surprised

He said, raising from his desk

Mary enter Thomas Mores office.

" Hello Mr More. I hope that what we talk be secret of you and me.
I have hear some rumour that the King want my mother send away from the court.
And he have a new misstress her name is Anne Boleyn.
And he need a divorce and want married Anne Boleyn.
Is that all thruth?"

Mary take a deep breath and her knees give away.
In last moment she can hold her on Thomas desctop.

" I can not believe that is thruth, please tell me tath is it not.
My father send me a letter and he affirmed me that is all in best with him and my mother.
I want don`t talk with my mother of this privat thinks and i know that my father will me not tell the truth.
Please forgive me Mr.More but i must know what is thruth at this sough.

Thomas bowed at Mary as she entered and showed her the chair

Your Highness...please, have a sit...

He sat at his desk again and sighed deeply

I fear it's true, my gracious lady. Your father the King wants to divorce from your mother. For...for marrying lady Boleyn. But I assure you that I'm doing my best to persuade him to change his mind...

Mary have a little bit hope.

" Thank you Mr.More i believe that you can pssitive influence of the King."

Mary stand up.

Mary give her Hand to Thomas More and and leave his office.

Thomas stood up and bowed deeply after she left

Mary knock at the door from the Chancllor`s Thomas More`s Office.

Thomas was writing something in his Study, sitting at his desk. As he heard knocking, he glanced curiously at the door

Mary enter the room.

" Hello Mr.More"

Marry give her hand.

" I want ask if you know why Thomas Wolsey is arrested.I ask for my sister Cordelia
she have a good contact to him.She is very worry."

Mary look at Thomas.

Thomas took Mary's hand and kissed it softly. He bowed respectfully

My Lady Mary...the Cardinal has been arrested for high treason. The King himself sent Brandon to arrest him at Jericho House. He will be leaded in London...

He answered, looking at her

" Thats will be hard for my sister.I know that the Cardinal have much intrigue about my mother.
But i know as least he have send his support for her.Is that the ground?"

Thomas sifged and put his hands together

I still know few things about that, my lady. The KIng wants not to share the news around the court. You know, it's a delicate matter...

" Yes i know can i tell it my sister in confidence? She have a good proportion to Cardinal Wolsyey."

" Of course Mr.More.Thank you for you forthrightness.I know you are a supporter of my mother

Thomas nodded with a smile

Of course, I am. I will always support your mother's cause, Lady Mary. She is the true Queen of England...

She give him her hand and leave the room.

Thomas bowed deeply at her. After she left, he sat at his desk again, looking thoughtfully at some papers

Have you heard? Fisher was too upset to respect the normal formal manners and rushed into the Chancellor's office, finding a dark room and More standing by the window.

I just heard myself! His Majesty ordered to arrest fifteen prominent clerics because they accepted Wolsey's authority as papal legate! He took a deep breath, trying to calm down while he looked at More's back.

Thomas saw Fisher entering and stood up immediately. After listening his words, he took a breath, looking around room. Then he thought silently for a little while and turned towards Fisher again

I...I remember a thing that Wolsey told me once. I should say to the King what he must do, not what he could do. If the lion is aware of his own strenght, anyone can control it anymore. We are on the edge of the abyss...and only God knows what will happen to us...
