Bess quickly entered the room. She had forgottento curtsy. She had quickly realized and curtsied.

Your Highness.. I have some news. ıt's about.. about that whore.. Anne Boleyn.. She will get a title today. She will be the marquis of Pembroke. Thus, with the new title she will be noble..

She stopped speaking and looked to the princess. She was wondering her response.

Really..

Was all Mary wanted to say aloud she was not going to give anyone the satisfaction of her reaction. She was not dumb if she reacted her farther and all the court would hear of it some things are better left unsaid.

Maybe we should send her a gift then to congratulate her.

It wouldn't be a gift out off kindness it would be a gift of a reminder, a clear one. That no matter what Anne did Mary would always have a part of her farthers life. Hard times had happened to Mary becoming a young woman without a mother around was the hardest.

This also means Bess that we shall be watched even more not by my farthers guards but by the Boleyns. Have they been ranked up even higher aswell.

The Spanish Ambassador had arrived at Ludlow to visit the Princess Mary and was immediately announced to Mary by Lady Hervey.  Eustace walked in and bowed to The Princess and smiled to her.

'Your Highness, It is so good to see you again, I hope you are keeping well, I was privileged to meet with the Emperor and he of course sends his love and best wishes for your good health and well being.
As you may have already heard your father's whore has been elevated to nobility as  have her father and brother been given respectable titles. This can only mean that your father the King plans to marry her very soon and the rumours are that she is with child with his bastard.
But I also have to tell you although your mother the Queen is in good spirits she has not been well of late and I intend to plead with His Majesty to allow you to see your mother as soon as possible but I am not hopeful but I hope I can rely on his good judgement on this matter as mother and daughter should be together in these difficult times,'

The Ambassador looked at the Princess with worry as he had known her a long time and only wished her well in all matters.

Bess was happy to see Ambassador Eustace. Because he was a familiar face for Princess Mary and also he was Queen Katherine's one of best friends and her supporter. He could bring news from Queen Katherine.
Bess served wines and she bowed

Mary was shocked that an ambassador dared enter her bedchamber; especially since she hadn't finished her conversation with Elizabeth.

I wish to tire for the night I'm feeling unwell actually.

It was true for past few days Mary had been getting terrible pains in her stomach. Mary knew that it was most certainly her monthly courses starting but she had no one to tell.
