riding through the woods

*We have our horses saddled and ready to go. I help Felicity on her horse and get onto mine, we start at a slow pace just enjoying each other's company.*

"Lady Felicity, just out of curiosity, may I see this dagger you have spoken of? I will show you mine," I tell her with a smile and glint in my eye.

Felicity looked at him and smiled a little 'If you would unlace my corset, i will show you' she said and she got off her horse, to let him.

*My curiosity is peaked as I get off the horse and go to Felicity, gently turning her around I begin to unlace her corset. I see something shiny between the fabric and her smooth white skin*

"It's beautiful, and the dagger is quite nice too." I smirk.

Felicity laughed and shook her head, and took the dagger out 'I am glad to not have run into anybody whilst riding at night, as for i think i would have killed someone with this' she said.

"You must protect yourself. You are smart for wanting to preserve your life. You need not fear me of course!" I put my hands in the air. "I keep one in my belt here, and the other in my boot. In case i have to kill more than one," I smirk. "I admire your dagger, who gave it to you?"

Felicity smiled and raised an eyebrow whilst putting it back into its place and lacing her corset again 'My father of course, my mother is more of..a gentle woman, she shouted at him for giving me such things' she said with a roll of her eyes.

"A smart man your father is. If I had a daughter I'd do the same!" I chuckle. "Some women fear things they are not used to , you don't strike me as that type of person, Felicity.."

Felicity raised an eyebrow and looked at him with a smirk upon her lips 'Nay, i am not that kind of woman, i love adventures' she said and she had a mischievous glint in her eyes as she walked down the grass abit and around some trees.

I tie our horses to a tree. "What sort of adventures have you had?" I ask as I follow her through the trees, watching her long dark hair trail behind her back.

Felicity laughed a little 'When i was a little girl, i used to run away into the forest until my father used to find me, for fun of course. He always told me i had no sense of directions, and i believed him when i got lost in the forest one day' she said with a smile as she walked in through the trees.

"How long were you lost in the forest?" I ask, intrigued. "And how old were you?" I remember my own days like that. "I did the same, except my mother said if I was lost longer than a day she'd let the elves kidnap me." I laugh.

Felicity smiled a little 'Only a couple of hours, of course. My father had everyone looking for me' she sad and she looked at him 'I think 9, i think' she said she she laughed at his own story.

"I'm glad he saved you from the ogres of the forest, for if he had not, I wouldn't have the pleasure of your company this evening," I smile.

Felicity laughed and she looked at him whilst walking 'I must say you are a very.. intriguing man..i think i like you already, Sir Francis' she said with a mischievous glint again in her eye.

"I think I may say the feeling is mutual," my voice is amused sounding. "I think we shall be great friends and I dare say perhaps more, in the future."

Felicity laughed and she nodded 'The future is a long way, do you not think so?' she asked.

"The future could mean years, or even months, or days. But I like to get to know a lady before anything happens between us. And of course I wnt to get to know you." I found a white flower by the trees and picked it for her.

Felicity smiled and looked at him 'Ahh, you want to get to know me? Hm Of course, what else do you want to know?' she asked whilst looking at the flower.

"What goes on in that beautiful head of yours? You want adventure, you carry a dagger with you, you ride alone at night, and yet you live among other women serving a queen. Can't be a very adventurous life being a lady in waiting. What would you do if you weren't doing that?"

Felicity sighed a little 'I never had the thought of being a lady to a Queen, i always wanted to travel.. to be carefree, but now i have to wear beautiful annoying dresses, jewelry and smile at people i do not like, for show' she said and she shook her head 'My mother said it would be a safer choice, for a young woman' she said.

"I know very well what that is like," I nod. "Perhaps someday you will get to travel, to do all the things you like to do. And we could have an adventure together, perhaps go to the New world," I grin. "No silly dresses or jewelry, instead a sword, dagger and pisol, and a treasure map perhaps."

Felicity laughed and shook her head 'There is no hope, that my father nor mother would allow that to happen. If i went home and told her that i was going to the new world, with a dagger, a sword and a gun she would simply lock me in a room until i was married off.' she said with a sad sigh and a smile 'I am my mother and fathers only daughter, they...are to protective over me' she said and she saw a stream near by.

"Women are prisoners aren't they? I have no idea what it's like not to be able to do as I like." I see the stream ahead and ask if she wants to go for a quick swim. "I promise, I won't strip all the way" I say laughing.

Felicity smiled 'You are better of as a man, then' she said and she looked at him [i]'Of course, Sir Francis' she said as she went over to the bank of the stream, and took of her outter skirts leaving only her inner skirts on, and she took off her chemise leaving only her corset on, and she got into the stream.

*I follow her to the stream, removing my shirt and keeping my trousers on. Still glad I look quite fit though I have been eating a lot more, I splash into the stream, yelping at the cold water, swimming over to Felicity.*
