"After talking with Francis, Charles entered in his chamber. He looked around, remembering happy times he spent there. Then, exhausted, he threw himself on bed and fell asleep"

As Brigitte walks down the corridor, she stops for a moment...thinking...then turns and sees the door to Charles' chambers right in front of her. She feels compelled to open the door, she looks around before she enter his room, making sure it's safe to go in. Taking a deep breath, she takes in his scent, somewhat faded...but still here. She then walks over to his majestic bed and gently glides her fingers on the silk, quilted bedding as she walks from one end of the bed to the other. Hesitantly...she steps up onto his bed and gently lays her head on one of his pillows. How happy she was when he was here, she thought...then saddens, realizing how much she misses him. Suddenly, hearing a noise which causes her to be alarmed, she quickly slips off of his bed and heads for the door. As she opens it to leave, she turns around and says, "Until we meet again, your Grace." She then hastens back to her chambers and stays for the remaining of the night.
