Marguerite waits until all the ladies have unpacked all her things and have already left the room to throw herself on the bed. She had missed France so much! And now she was back. She really didn't want to see her husband any time soon, she was well enough by herself, and she wouldn't cry over him if he never came back.

She took off her dress and didn't put on her nightie before sliding into the satin sheets of her bed, ready to sleep. This was her rooms and no one had permission to get in without her consent, so no one would have to know how she slept or not.
