My dear mother,
I am going well, I hope that it's the same for you and all the family. I must say that your letter have surprise me very much since you hadn't write me personally since years but I am happy to have news of you. I think to you often too while the rare moments where I am all alone and in these moments I miss you so terribly that I feel a immense pain that can't imagine from your absence of my life since so many years as I recall of your soft voice, your laugh, the feeling of being in your arms and all these images of my childhood with you. I am busy lately, but I would like to visit you some day, I think that we would have many things to tell to each others.

Cecile sat at her desk and read each word carefully. Her daughter missed her, too. She smiled softly, and could feel tears swell up in her eyes.

In her bedroom at Eastnor Castle, far away from Fontanay castle where she have grow up, Emilie read her mother's new letter, feeling very happy, moved and totally confused at the same time, so her mother and all her family miss her too and her mother absolutely want her for come at Fontanay castle. But all of them ingorate totally about her life in England, she have many secrets and until her daughter's existance, she feel guilty of it and lately, she think more and more seriously to tell them, but she don't knowed how for it don't be too brutal. She reflect realize that she have only three possibilites to react to this letter : The first one she can refuse to go, pretexting something for excuse herself, but she know that her mother would feel that it isn't true and that she don't want to go and would feel taht there is something else that she ingore and anyway she miss her so much that she really feel the envy to go. The second one, she can go to Fontanay, but then she will be forced to tell them all the true, early or later, she know that in seeing her mother , looking in her eyes, she will not feel the strenght to lie to her and will end by tell everything, but she have no idea of how her mother and the rest of her family will react, she fear that they would reject her and disown her and tell her that she isn't anymore a member of their family. The third one, she can go and take her daughter with her, so she will have to reveal everything directly, it will be hard but Olympe is so adorable, charming and charmer that maybe her mother would be softened in seeing her, digerate all this more easely. She then think to a fourth possibility, she can put out feeler and prepare her to this shock in her letter and accept the idea to come but without really talking engagement to come and see in first how her mother will react to her letter before to decide to go or not. She decide that the fourth possiblilty is the better one, take her feather, write her a letter and send it to her.
My dear maman,
I miss all of you too, I want to see you again soon and would like to come to see you at Fontanay castle. There is someone of very important for me who I would like to introduce you and to take with me for visit you, I will have important things to tell you, because you don't know much things about my life in England and I hope that you and the rest of the family will be understanding.
