Banquet for Arthur Plantagenet

William noticed that a young servant was talking with Isabella. He couldn't help to be jealous seeing another man approaching her. But, on the other hand, she was going to be married soon. So he knew that it was better for him to forget his attraction for her. He waited for the young servant to leave to approach Isabella's table

"It does seem that you are indeed happy with this man and for me what I want is for my sister to be happy in life." I say to her before turning my attention to Arthur.

"Arthur my good man it seems that my sisters heart has found love being in your company and I love to see her happy. Before I make any decision regarding this marriage perhaps you would care to join us on the archery field for a match and to get to know more about you and to hope you know my sister is a wealthy princess too and that you will not take advantage of her. William stood there speechless. He had no time to reply. He gazed quickly at Princess Isabella and left the hall with quick steps

I came to the banquet for Arthur as a guest and as I entered I see someone I knew in Isabella and I go over to speak to her.

"Good day princess Isabella I thank you for the invitation to this banquet sorry I am late trouble on the journey"

Arthur was truly just being himself. All he wanted was to make her happy and he was just lucky that she was also a princess. He had money himself, so money wasn’t the most important to him. A huge smile appeared on his lips after hearing what she said. “That gladdens me to hear, princess.” While holding her hand his thumb was stroking her hand gently. He heard that both Gustav and Isabella wanted to see his castle and of course he would love to show them his home. After hearing King Gustav confirming that he wanted to see it as well the decision was already made. Hearing his first name on Isabella’s lips was warming his heart up. Gazing deeply into her eyes for a short while he was looking back at the brother. “I would love to show you both my castle. It sounds like a good idea for you to get to know me better as well, your highness. Tell me when you are both ready and we can go.”

Thomas Ward finally arrived at the banquet for Arthur and he went to greet Isabella and Arthur politely wishing them all the best. He also greeted King Gustav. "It is an honor to meet all of you. My name is Thomas Ward. The duke of Somerset." He was an ex clergyman and now married to Charles' daughter Victoria, while having two wonderful daughters with her.

After his introduction to the others he turned his attention over at Charles, his father-in-law. "Hello, Charles. It is wonderful seeing you here as well. I hope that you are doing well and enjoying this banquet, my lord."
