Great Hall

She have became no new order so Sinead went to the Great Hall and hope to meet poeple to talk.

I have finally made my way to court after being away for so long. As I walk into the Great Hall, I see so many people but it doesnt scare me. I grab a goblet of wine from a passing servant and I walk around to find someone to talk to.

Sinead saw a men come in the great Hall is is tall and have a good look.
She is impressed.Who was this men?

Suddenly, I feel a pair of eyes on me and I look over my shoulder and see a woman, dressed beautifly yet simple. I look at her and smile and wave.

Sinead is frightened that he have notice that she look at him.
She is a Lady in Waiting of Jane Bassett its not acceptable that she
gape at a men.
She make a bow with her head.
But she ask herself who is this.

I walk up to her, Hello there my Lady. It seems that you are in need of some company. Do you mind? I drink some more of my wine. I am Matthew Whitcombe, Earl of Wessex. And you are?

" My Lord i am Sinead Lafort a Lady in waiting of Lady Jane Bassett the Duches of Lancaster.Please forgive me i am new at court i don´t know so much of the conduct at court."

Sinead wispered " I am not shy i must play it I need the job by the duches i like it here at court."

I whisper, That I do not blame you My Lady. Court can be very interesting but can be quite dull at times. This I know. Ive only recently came back after spending time at my country home. I take a deep breath. She is a breath of fresh air.

Sinead smilie friendly.

I do not blame you at all. I plan to stay neutral in this whole affair. I lean back and speak back up. Jasper is a good man and Jane has done well for herself. I hope to find a woman that is like the Duchess someday. My Earldom needs a Countess.

Ive been to court as a young man but the stress of this lifestyle got to me so I gained permission from His Majesty to retire to my estates for a lengthy period of time. Ive only gotten back yesterday evening. You are the first new person I have met since my return. I raise my goblet for more wine.
