Great Hall

Anne walked into the hall, it had been a long time since she was here. She sat down and saw a lady beside her and smiled "Hello." she said simply before looking around.

A lady sits ear me i smile and reply hello

Anne took a goblet of wine "How fare you?"

Anne smiled at her "I am very well."

Anne smiled "I am Anne Bassett, mother to Jane Bassett."

Smiles at her i have heard off her but not met her

Anne nodded "She is a beauty, and not that hard to miss, she is French."

After what happened in my chambers, I needed a moment to think. I wander into the Great Hall and notice Elizabeth taking to another woman. I bow and walk to the other side of the Hall.....

Anne looked at the man and knew immediately who he was and she set the goblet down "Excuse me, my lady." she said and she got up and walked over to him "I do hope my daughter wasn't too hasty with you."

As I see Matthew I smile and the lady leaves to speak with him I sip away for business at the town

I can only smile, She kind of was but that is to be expected in her condition. She shouldn't have been up like that yelling at me but that is in the past. I drink from my goblet, looking at Elizabeth out of the corner of my eye.

Anne tilted her head and stared at him with her penetrating eyes "Its only because she feels its her fault that Sinead did such with you, and also she feels responsible of her ladies." she smirked "It was also her husband who alarmed her to it."

I would like to know how Jasper found out? Please tell me that. I look at her with curious eyes. There is no way he could have known unless she said something. I roll my eyes....

Anne shrugged at him "I know not of how he found out, ask my daughter such questions." she said "But i can find out for you."

That would be apprecited. I think that Jasper has spies all over and if that is the case then I am sure it wont be long before I'm accused of sleeping with you. We both laugh. What has happened is in the past, thankfully. You seem to be a kind enough lady and if you ever need help, do not ever hesitate to ask me.

Anne laughed at him "I sure Jasper wont mind that, anything to get rid of me." she said and she nodded "I thank you, and your most gracious words are equal to mine, if you need any help; simply ask."

Trust me, I wont ever hesitate. I laugh some more. It was a pleasure..........I see this odd man trying to touch Elizabeth in an inappropriate way. I feel my anger rising, Excuse me My Lady. I rush over to Elizabeth and remove the man away from her. DO NOT EVER TOUCH HER AGAIN!! I scream out.

Anne simply picked up a goblet and took a sip from it amusement written on her features from the scene.

As I re enter and the man touches me again I look up at Matthew and curtsy feeling my face blush red as he shouts thank you my lord I look around as the hall goes quiet

I look down to the man, whispering, Never mess with the Earl of Wessex. He gets up and runs off into the distance. The Hall is quiet but I care not. Are you alright Elizabeth? I take her into my arms and hold her tightly, not wanting to let her go.

As he holds me still feeling ashamed off what just happen thank you, yes am fine please he come to my rescue
