I glasped Sabrina's hand glad to talk this through with somebody. Oh let's both go together although I never speak outwardly about this I do not trust Agnes. She has a harsh cold manner and I have always sensed that she prefers the money rather than the welfare.

I never liked her, and it worries me that she doesn't keep those ladies in good condition. She said honestly, glad to have someone to share her fears.

I didn't know how she kept them in living conditions. I had never been to Lambeth but I feared for their safety in other ways. My fear is that she will lead them into damnation! Exposing them to things that young girls should not know. It is good Sabrina, that we go together not in union against her but for safety in numbers. What with the court being filled with gossip of Anne becoming queen, I didn't understand why they couldn't pick a new owner of Lambeth.

We shall see how she threat them when we are there, and in any case we do come as friends to her. She said, glad she would move away from court for little while.

We are like two peas in a pod Sabrina. Of to spy on the on goings at Lambeth. When shall we leave. This would be my first ever time away from Agostino since we had been together.

How about in two day from now? She knew in two days from today, she'd manage to do all her duties and be free to go with her.

In two days time I would know if I had the kings blessing to marry or not. I felt giddy and exciting at the same time. Yes that is perfect timing for me too. I can't wait to surprise them at Lambeth. I think I might pack a food basket nothing fancy just enough to know they are eating properly.

Than it's settled. In two days we shall be there and make sure our old cousin is doing everything proper about those ladies. Sabrina said, really looking forward about heir little trip.

We have a cousin Catherine their too. I hear that she is rather popular. Popular for what I did not know or want to know. I saw this visit to help our young cousin possibly break free for the holidays.

Sabrina crossed her arms, her head tilted in interest as she listened. A cousin? I've not heard of her, but would very much like to meet her. Tell me more about her

My mouth fell open I thought everyone had heard of cousin Catherine. I had to look away from Sabrina her gaze was fierce and stern but knew she didn't mean it. Her name is Catherine Howard . Her father is Edmund who rittled away all his inheritance. Not being able to look after his children Catherine was given up and Edmund is first cousins with Margery Wentworth such a small world. I tried to make light of the situation.

She really wanted to know about the Catherine Howard and she listened with serious interest as her cousin spoke of her. Yes, indeed, it's such small world. But nevertheless I'd really like to meet our cousin, and perhaps we can be friends.

We're family I hope that she will be glad to see us. When I come to think of it, anyone of us could of been cast off to Lambeth. I shuddered at the thought I may not see our family but it was better than being cast aside.

Sabrina nodded knowing to well any of them could be at their cousins place. After all they were in that kind of family. You speak the truth any of us could have been at her place. Me especial, but I guess I'd more luck.

Don't worry Sabrina I would of visited you at Lambeth, I would of broken you out too. I gave a reassuring smile lifting my head up to look at the clouds. I'm rather looking forward to our little hourney together. I can't help but think we might not come back silly I know.

It isn't silly at all. But I think we would be missed so much here at court that they would send a search party for us and would be rescued in no time. Sabrina said with soft laughter.

I laughed along with my cousin court was amazing but I didn't want to fail our cousins. The king said to say hello to Agnes on our visit. I tried to express my concern about the girls but he was a very happy man, I didn't want to ruin that.

Sabrina's eyes were wide at the mention of King. We shall certainly send our best wishes to Agnes from the King. Maybe it's best you've not told him after all it's just a visit to our cousin. She said and winked to Muriel.

One possibility that had never crossed my mind until now. What of one of the girls want to come back to court with us. I was somewhat worried about this as it was not in our permission to grant them leave.

In truth Sabrina didn't even think about this possibility until her cousin mentioned it. We must refuse. Only can promise to speak with King and Queen to take some in courts household. She said, not really knowing how to refuse the girls and crush their dreams in one day.

I caught the realisation on Sabrina's face quickly changing my tone of voice. Oh I am just jesting with you Sabrina. Why would they want to leave a place where they can roam around freely. I could understand if they did want to come to court.

Her face lit up and she started to laugh. Oh, you got me. She said through soft laughter. I don't know. When I was their age I wanted to go to court so much. The stories about it, makes it so appealing. Like a different world.

I was young when I had my first visit to court. I remember being afraid and intimidated by all the men. They always seem to look down at everyone with frightening eyes. What with our family we have no choice but to accept court life. Has your views changed now that you are actually here.

Very much so. She replied honestly. It's not so magical and ideal as I thought it'd be. Now knowing what court looked like, she'd turned back time, and never come here, only if she could.

I found court hard at first everything I was promised had been torn out from under my feet. I thought I as a failure when I came to court, as everything that was planned for me had changed. I felt very alone I realized that I had to fend for myself in order to survive. But then, you came along and made everything happy again.
