Catherine was walking with baby Henry when she noticed the new Howard girl at court casually Catherine approached her. Hello young Howard how are you. Catherine thought to keep the conversation light and steer away from serious talk matters.

Catherine smiled she was trying to keep herself busy whilst Charles was busy doing what he had to do. Yes I have a lovely son now I wish I was still pregnant he is such a small boy and has yet to meet his namesake the King.

Catherine smiled enduring pregnancy was a hormonal challenge she a gave polite laugh she had only just given birth. I am not to sure about that you see my husband already has other children he does not want anymore other wise I would love some more children and you will find a man then I shall be coming to visit you with you're bundle of joy would you like to hold him. Catherine could see that Jenny loved children and felt at ease in her presence.

Catherine gave Jenny a warm smile she was a lovely young lady to talk to but of the top of her head she could not think of any suitable men. Yes little Henry is my pride and joy you must find a man that does not take advantage of your kindness. You are very sweet natured that is something that men without titles look for to raise their little family. But not all men with titles are horrid some of them can be just as nice until that day enjoy your freedom and life at court. Marrying young was not easy especially when they already had children Catherine hoped that Jenny would find a man who did not have children it would save time on the arguments. None of my step children like me I think they see me as some kind of evil but all I have ever done is to love Charles should I be punished for that.

Catherine knew that Jenny was saying nice things to cheer her. No I don't think it will Jenny giving birth to my first child was meant to be my special day until one of Charles daughter gave birth to a baby she never even looked pregnant and trying to claim that the Duke of Glasgow was the farther when he is not that is what I have to put up with if I would of known about all the hassle I would be getting from them I wouldn't even of wanted to marry Charles. Catherine kept on walking looking at the flowers ready to open Jenny would make a great stepdaughter. Tell me then what kind of man are you looking for a servant,farmer,merchant.

Catherine sighed yes things were certainly complicated and it was all because of Charles he brought Catherine into his life with the rest of it's rubbish. If Catherine hadn't married Charles she could of married a normal man with no rubbish and live in simple happiness and harmony. No my marriage is not one of happiness or love but I do not need a man to make me happy. You have the advantage to marry for a man who really loves you and treats you like the most important person in his life do not settle for second best. Their are many men who would adore having such a sweet young lady like you. Catherine started to calculate a list in her head of all the un-noble men at court.

Catherine frowned she did not know who even had the final say when she married Charles. That is a vood thing people say that Farthers want their daughters to marry someone like themself. But I do miss my mother a lot of the time can I ask you something have you met all of you're family.
