Fountain

I smile faintly and breath in..."Then good day, your Grace" I curtsey and rise.
"I would try not to...but it has already begun."

Good day...But whatever has begun, hope you don't have to suffer because of that...

"He said with low voice but keeping his glance on her"

I look at him, my eyes red from holding back tears.
"The your Grace should pray I am sent from Court soon...so that I do not tempt you to lose control again..." I kiss his cheek softly but quickly. "Good day Charles."

"Charles didn't know what to add. He choosed to remain silent, in order not to make things worse. He just bowed at her"

Katherine...

"He whispered, keeping his eyes on the ground"

"Your Grace" I turn and walk away from him. It broke my heart to...but it was forbidden.

"Charles watched her leaving silently. He hated the fact of having hurted her. He just took a deep breath and left the garden, walking towards Palace in the opposite direction"

Viola smiled to him as the soft breeze blew her long hair behind her. The water in the fountain burbled and splashed as they approached it. I do find it interesting. She stopped walking and looked at Francis. Maybe it isn't easy but interesting surely is. She said as she continue to walk, wondering why she was feeling so comfortable with a man she just met.

The day after the wedding ceremony, Margaret went out in the garden and she sat on the edge of her favourite fountain. A smile came on her face as she thought about Anthony, and about how much lucky she was having him. Now she was sure of being truly in love. She closed her eyes and breathed deeply fresh air

I passed through the small garden and saw Margaret Wyatt near the fountain. She looked absolutely angelic in the sunlight. With a smile I went to say hello. You're looking radiant this day, Lady Margaret I complimented. I hope I'm not intruding on your peace and quiet.

Margaret was still staring at sky lost in her thoughts. When suddenly a familar voice talked to her. She turned her head and a warm smile came on her lips as she saw Francis Bryan "Sir Francis! It's nice to see you after so long time. Oh no..you are not intruding. Would you sit with me?" She said inviting him with a light movement of her hand

I smiled as I sat next to her. Thank you, my lady. You seem very happy these days. It makes my heart glad to see you in such sweet spirits I said with genuine concern. How have you fared these past months?

Margaret smiled and she showed him her hand with her wedding ring on her finger "I just got married, sir Francis. I am so happy. And I finally forgot what happened in the past.." She replied happily, remembering how much Francis cared for her after what's happened with Cesare and after her miscarriage

I held up the ring to the light, impressed. That is spectacular, my lady! Who is the lucky gentleman? I think I shall buy you a late wedding gift. I nodded remembering all that had happened, what she had been put through. I hope you know I am always here for you, you may count on my friendship, dear lady.

Margaret removed slowly her hand and she put them on her womb. She was keeping her bright smile "Thank you, Francis. I know how much you care for me. His name is Sir Anthony Lee. And..he makes me very happy. After so long time.." She lowered her green eyes blushing a bit

I noticed the placement of her hands and my eyebrow rose. Hmm, Sir Anthony Lee? I haven't yet heard of him, but if he makes you happy then that is all that counts. Is there..anything else? I teased, keeping my eyes on her belly.

Margaret understood what he meant and she blushed again. She shook her head giggling "Oh no..I am not with child, sir Francis. Not yet..at least. I had problems with my fertility after miscarriage. But the midwife said that I can still conceive children.." She paused "I got married yesterday, my lord. How..how could I be already with child?" She giggled nervously and she turned her green eyes around garden

That is great news that you can still have children I said, quietly thinking on how I hadn't any children yet. Well the good lord gives us miracles every day my lady. If he could have a virgin conceive then he could allow you to be with child so soon after your wedding I teased. So tell me about your husband, what is he like? I felt a little jealous that she was now taken, Margaret was a beautiful woman.

Margaret smiled. She removed slowly one of her blonde curls from her face "It's very kind of you, Francis. But I am not the Virgin Mary. Although, I still have your prayers book and I read it every night before sleeping.." She took a deep breath thinking about Anthony "Oh..Anthony is a Knight. He loves simple life..I think that's why you never met him at court. But he is a very charming and carying man. I never thought to fall in love again after...after Cesare. But I'm in love with Anthony. And above all..he loves me the way I am.." She bit her lips. She was not sure of this but she strongly hoped so. She looked at him smiling sweetly

I'm glad you still have the book. I hope it gives you the inspiration and hope that you need I smiled. So he is a knight? Surely I would like to meet him someday. I think it's best you forgot about Cesare. Now you have something wonderful you should cherish it.

Margaret nodded. She smiled, feeling grateful for his friendship. She knew she could trust him "Thank you..I thank you for your friendship, Francis. Anthony makes me feel loved and I am very happy. But your advices are still important to me.." She paused and she glanced fastly around "I found out something, Francis. I found..some letters in Cesare's bedroom, weeks ago. Love letters. Did you know that Cesare and George Boleyn were lovers?" She finally asked, whispering a bit disgusted her last words

I'm happy to be of use, even in the slightest of ways. I smiled. But her sudden news of Cesare's profane acts of love boggled my mind. You jest! Surely someone as wealthy as he, with that upstart Boleyn..what do you think of this, Lady Margaret?

Margaret shrugged taking a breath "I don't know what to think. I just know..that he is back to court. And I had the misfortune to meet him, of course.." She said rolling her eyes

If he gives you any trouble, you know you may come to me. I shall have it settled quickly. I patted my side where my dagger rested.

Margaret's glance fell on his dagger and she sighed, shooking her head "Thank you..but it won't be not necessary, sir Francis. I..I'll try to stay away from him. I don't want you to put yourself in troubles because of me.." She added turning her green eyes to him
