Rose Garden

She sighed. "Oh you are so fortunate.. someday I hope to go to all those places. But, I suppose I could take my daughter one day."

"The city of our faith! How extraordinary that place must be!" She sighed. "Have you got a husband? Any children or family with you?"

"Oh, someone as pretty as you, my lady, you will have no trouble finding a man," she smiled. "You must miss your family very much, to be so far from them.."

"Do they not fear for you, being on your own? Foreign countries can be dangerous for a woman traveling alone." Her lips pursed in worry.

Alice's dark eyes widened. She'd heard of women who carry daggers on their person, and sometimes even small pistols strapped to their garters. But she herself had never done so. She led a very sheltered life."Yes, you seem old enough and knowledgeable enough to care for yourself in a moment of danger." She looked at her with a bit of envy beginning to stir inside her.

She tried quickly to regain her composure. "Forgive me. Perhaps my way of thinking is old-fashioned. But I must say I admire your.. courage, my lady." She showed a friendly smile, thinking she must seem very old-fashioned indeed.

"Oh? Did your mother often travel as you do?" She touched one of the flowers just beginning to bloom.

Alice smiled. "It seems traveling is in your blood. And it is no wonder you ventured all this way to our little island. I do hope you will enjoy yourself during your time here." She smiled genuinely at Anne.

Alice smiled at the compliment. "You are too kind, my lady. But I am glad to have made your acquaintance, and I am sure you will meet many kind courtiers here." She pursed her lips. "Though you may want to stay clear of Anne Boleyn. That is all I can say." She put her hands up in innocence and chuckled a little bit.

Alice made the sign of the cross. "Amen!" She said, looking proudly at Anne. "I am glad to consider you my friend, a God-fearing woman who does not seek out trouble." She curtsied. "I shall leave now to attend my husband. I hope you enjoy the remainder of this beautiful day." She smiled at Anne.

Audrey walked to rose garden after jousting match. She wasnt feeling well. All she wanted to peace. But when she came to match all those clapping, screaming and fights. She remembered Romania. She walked here. Everyone was at match so that garden was all empty. She sat on a bench.

Francis loved jousting events, but he did not feel like encountering his ex-wife. So, he decided to explore the garden. "Do you mind if I sit next to you," he asked, the young women on the bench.

She was thinking about her childhood. Was her mother always such an evil? Or she just became one. Was she ever really be happy? Suddenly her thoughts got interrupted by a man's voice. She looked up and saw a young, stranger man.

Y-yes, of course, my lord..

She said with a hesitating voice. It has been weeks she hadnt talked to anyone. She felt like she lost her voice.

He nodded. And, sat beside the young women. "Are you alright, my lady? You seem nervous....am I correct? Because if I am not I shall feel rude for prying into your life," he said, to her. Francis rubbed his chin, and continued to look at her.
