Although the sun is fading behind the trees, a walk in the rose garden seems to be calling my name. As I walk along the paths, I cannot help but to think of how lucky I am to be so happy with the man I love.

I kind of figured as much. I plan to get fabric and sleeves for new dresses to ge made whenever we return to France. I take his hand in mine and withbour fingers intertwined, we walk along the gardens. By now, the sun has faded and it is only night time, stars glimmering in the sky like diamonds, making for a very relaxed atmosphere. The perfect romantic moment.

And what might that be? I say with a slightly mischievous grin. I find a small patch of grass next to a rose hush and proceed to walk towards it. I only wish just to be in his armz.

He smiled as she led them to a patch of grass, it was romantic and unconventional..just like them. He cleared his throat, feeling nervous already. "I was thinking, if you agree to what I ask, we can get King Francis's blessing before anything goes further." The military man in him wanted to adhere to protocol. "Angelique..." he gently tilted her chin and saw the moonlight reflected in her eyes. "My angel Angelique.. I ask you to be my wife," he whispered, his heart pounding as he waited for her answer.

Do my ears decieve me? Did I just hear him as me to be his wife? Never in my life did I think to ever be hearing those words be spoken to me. My heart beats fast, nearly out of my chest as I look him in his eyes. With my body shaking, I pull him close to me, kissing him softly, Yes, I will be your wife. My eyes glimmer with happiness and a love so pure and so true.

My arms are wrapped around his neck and I laugh as he spins me around. I now know that he is all mine. I relish in the factthat soon I can call him my husband. He is perfect, undeniably perfect. I would give up everything for him, to keep him by my side. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for loving all my imperfections and my strengths. I whisper...

Well then.... Looking to him mischievously, ....why dont we get a head start on that life that we crave for? I wrap my arms around him and with the moonlight shining directly upon us, I bring him to me, kissing him that kind of kiss that could drive a man wild.

We begin to move in a circle slightly. My long, slender fingers drift about his hair, pulling him in closer to me. Your chambers? I am nearly out of breath at this point. My mind thinks nothing of something so mundane as breathing, just the taste of him.
