Catherine thought she’d heard her name, but perhaps it had only been a dream. It was a soft whisper as if the wind was blowing it through the trees. But something made her turn around and catch her breath. It was Thomas, standing just a few feet away, under the huge snow covered tree. And Catherine thought she had seen nothing more wonderful than his face in her entire life.
Thomas, she whispered, somehow afraid that if she spoke too loudly she might break the spell and he’d disappear.

Thomas ran so fast even the wind couldn't keep up. He couldn't stop staring at Catherine, afraid she'd vanish into thin air if he blinked. "Is it really you." He murmured as he pressed Catherine's hand against his beating heart. The wind came up wiping away his voice, but talk wasn't necessary.
