Meadow Stream

Jane walked down the path and saw Melodie at the stream, she took a deep breath and went over 'Melodie! Be careful, incase you fall in! she said.

Jane laughed and nodded 'You should my dear sister, as for you are as ever so beautiful' she said with a smile.

Jane noticed Melodie's sudden change of mood 'My love, you are my sister, of course you shall be like me, but not in every way' she said.

Jane shook her head 'My love, i was once like you at your age, you grow out of it, and being Lady in Waiting helps as for you are beside the Queen' she said.

Jane smiled and shrugged 'He is a King, he can arrive whenever he chooses' she said.

Jane smiled and shrugged 'You shall grow up, and if you want be like me, my love...although not like me in everyway' she said.

Jane laughed a little 'You are young my love, you have yet no growing up to do for..now' she said.

Jane thought for a moment and looked at Melodie, she was uncertain of what to say 'The Queen at the moment is with child, and the King..is a lovely...man' she said.

Jane nodded before shaking her head again 'There has been..trouble here in England..with his majesties...great matter' she said.

Jane sighed 'The King is wanting to divorce..Queen Katherine to marry..that harlot Anne Boleyn' she said 'The pope will not allow it, and Katherine will not back down' she added.

[i]Melodie looked at her confused and asked curiously "King can divorce anytime he wants and marry someone he wants?" she looked around and shrugged "I dont know nor Queen or Anne Boleyn but I heard queen is way older than king."

Jane sighed at her little sister, she was to young to understand this 'No matter if the Queen is younger or older, a king cannot divorce his Queen..they made a commitment to love and to serve eachother' she said.

Alfonsina took Edward to Meadow Stream. She always loved this place. Because it was like hidden and also when you lay on the grass you can watch the stars easily with the smell of stream. When they came to the place , Alfonsina left his hand and turned her head to him.

"I hope you like my lord.. "

She smiled and let herself sit on the grass. She didn't care about her dress. She was at least happy for now.

"Would you like to sit?"

She looked at Edward with her green eyes and a smile.

There was a slightly cool breeze in the air, which felt good after the crowded heat at the party. Though I was still in somewhat of a daze I was enchanted by the place. "This is a lovely place my lady," I said as we sat. The air was so quiet, peaceful. Alfonsina's smile was all I needed at the moment. "In some way, I think you saved me. I mean, from the party. I needed escape." I smiled.

She smiled and looked at the stars.

"I am glad that I did something you need."

Then she added.

"The stars look great tonight as always. Well my lord.. Can you talk about yourself a little bit? I really wonder about you."
