He went out as the sun finally decided to make an appearance in the heavens. Spring was coming soon, and though Christophe preferred the winter, he thought the new change in seasons would mirror his own changing life. He took a deep breath and smiled as he sat near the small pond.

Anne noticed a very tall dark handsome man and wondered whether to approach him "may i sit with you".

He heard a sweet voice from behind him, and he looked up to see a very pretty woman. "Ah, of course you may. Please," he stood to allow her to sit where she liked. "This is a very nice and cool spot away from everyone and everything else."

She sat down allowing the cool breeze to sweep across her neck "Ah i see so i have found you in your get away place from court". She watched him sit down next to her and she took in his besuty but she could not take her eyes away from were his hands they seem to look tired on a man with such beauty "I have no burdens to trouble you with so you may relax".

He smiled at her. "Promise you will not tell anyone else about my hiding place. It's very rare that I get to have such quiet to myself, but I am willing to share it with you my lady. May I ask your name?"

She laughed "May i ask why i have the delight in sharing your quiet place with you bit not others? My name is anne and yours." She took in his appearence

The sound of her laugh was very pleasing. "I am Christophe, my lady. I think perhaps some things are better when they are shared, I think that makes the place more special than if I knew of it only by myself."

She pondered this for a second. "It is a pleasure to meet you though i do say the pleasure is all mine. I tend to share the secrets of my heart." She enjoyed the cool breeze

He rose an eyebrow. "Is that so? You must be very careful with whom you share your secrets, because you cannot have them back," he said playfully though he wondered what secrets this woman held in her heart.

He laughed, as he did more easily these days, and sighed. "Pray tell am I missing out on some interesting secrets? I imagine you.. poisoned your ex-lover, or set fire to his carriage with him in it?" he grinned, knowing she had no such hard soul as to commit murder. "I'll trade secrets with you if you like," he offered.

She laid back and sighed. I used to be cold hearted too scared to let any man love me truth be told i have never let a man in my heart i have never had tge love of a good man i know how to satisfy a man and leave him wordless but love no. She looked over at him eager to hear his secrets knowing he was off limits

He gave her a surprised look. "I must say, I appreciate your frankness," he replied. "A secret of mine.. I killed my sister's husband." He smiled as he said it, saying it as a joke.

She Errupted into laughter. That does not scare me it should but it does not. She laid on her belly and looked up at him his eyes either a crystal blue or green. I find being with love more scary than what you speak off! He must of been a tyrant for you to do such a thing.

"It was a joke, I only meant it in jest," he said, not wanting to relive the whole thing over again. "I never kill during peacetime... but why may I ask are you so afraid of love? Can it really be such an intimidating emotion for you?" he stretched out his long legs as he sat next to her, the sunlight dappling her her dark hair with golden lights.

You have missunderstood me i meant being without a love is scary. She was curious to know how this man kisses and whether he knew his way around a womans body.

He nodded in agreement, almost too scared to actually say anything. "I know exactly what you mean madame.. and some people have been without love for such a very long time."

As I sit by the pond watching the fishies swim around as I wonder what it is like to be a fish, going where the water takes you, exploring new place then I remember that fish do not have a good memory so I giggle to myself

Benjamin had some business to attend to in France. His duties as for his father did not delay. He was still getting accustomed to this new title responsibilities. He had never been to France alone before and was quite lost. In fact in found himself near a fish pond when he was supposed to be at the palace. He saw a lady sitting on the side and thought to ask her for directions, although his french was a little rusty so he didn't want to embarrass himself and spoke English hoping she would reciprocate. "Excuse me, my lady I hope i'm not disturbing you but i'm a bit lost i'm looking for the Great Hall" He said polity.

As I fished chuckling to my self I heard a english voice with a accent coming from behind me and kind of made me jump as I thought I was alone I stand quickly looking at where the voice had come from I notice a gentleman, am not sure my self as am new here and was out wondering myself as I look at him the way I come was from that direction as I smile and point to a path in front of us

I look at him and smile yes, oh am Elizabeth Smith as I curtsy and I take him in it is nice to hear a English vice as I walk towards him to show him the way are you going to stay as I have the servants prepare your chambers

She had a sweet voice, which made him smile. "It's very nice to meet you lady Smith. I'm Benjamin Baines, duke of Penbroke." He said and took her hand pulling it under is arm. "I think I shall stay, for a while at least." France enticed him, and now that he met a pretty lady staying didn't seem like a bad idea.
