Cesare looked down at the child sleeping in his arms and his eyes filled with unshed tears of joy and happiness, emotions that Cesare rarely even used or showed and he looked at Mary "I could never thankyou enough." he whispered and he stepped forward and kissed her head gently out of pure respect and looked at William "During my absence of this childs life i intrust you to make sure he is in full health, if you do not treat them both with respect i will call it war between us." he said before looking at his son "My boy..my sweet boy."

As I walk to William and place my hands on his shoulder watching Cesare with Henry, I can see how proud he is, you may see him when you wish all I ask is if you let me know before hand so I may get chambers and him ready, he off course be coming to court with us so your sister may see him

He is my number one priority since the moment he took his first breath. I will raise him as if he is my own. I stand off in the background, watching this moment unfold.

Cesare looked down at his son "But i need not remind you that he is not your own my lord, do not forget that." he said simply and he looked at Mary "Is it wise to bring him to court? Will he not get ill? Alfonsina can come here, i will send for her if you wish." he looked towards the door to the servant that had followed him from Genoa and he talked in Italian to him before looking at Mary with a small smile "As you know Genoa is on the edge of war, i need updates every week." he said honestly before looking back at his son "One day, i will show you Genoa and i will show you the grounds where i fought the crown off." he whispered to his son.

if you think that is wise then here will do fine, I will have to return to court to do my duties for my sister. as I feel with pride a tears falls down my face

I didnt mean it that way. He will grow up to be an honorable man, with dignity and grace. He zhall be much loved by all of us. I smile and look at Mary, I think Henry should be baptized soon. Is Francesca still the godmother? Who is the godfather?

Cesare sighed and he wiped the tear from Marys face "Do as you see fit, you are twice a mother and know where your child belongs." he said and he looked at William "You are a soldier yourself, i am to go to war and fight soon enough..if anything does happen i ask it of you to call Henry yours and keep me from his memory." he said and he looked at his child then at William "I would not bring such pain of not knowing a father to him."

Cesare looked at Mary "The Crown of Italy are planning an attack on Genoa, as much as my son needs me i have sworn to protect those people if it costs me my life or not." he said with a smile "But i have been trained in battle since i learned how to walk, hopefully things will be fine." he said as he looked at his son and he walked about with him in his arms "I could get used to this." he said with an amused voice "I also wish to be there for the Baptism."

Cesare thought "William should be God Father." he said simply as he stroked his sons cheek softly.

I look at William and wait to hear his response truly proud for once the one thing I wished for and got was for them to get along, After the agony I had with them disliking each other I can not help but feel proud of them two

Cesare with much trouble took a black stoned ring from his finger and held it infront of his son "It is far to big for you now, but it is a reminder of me." he whispered "I will be very busy throughout your days but alas i am sorry for that, i will visit you so much you will get tired of looking at my face..but other than that i will be busy." he said the ring upon the table "Black.." he whispered to himself and laughed quickly "The color of my soul." he joked to himself.

I smile we should have the christening tomorrow as I take the ring and slip it on a chain my son, shall wear it when he is older enough to but he will always know about you

Cesare nodded "Of course he will always know about me." he whispered "I am his father, i will be on his trail, be after every step he takes." he looked at Mary "I told Margaret about him."

Cesare shook his head "I will make sure she does not tell them." he said "She was upset at first but he is my son, and i will not abandon him." he looked at his child and rocked him carefully "My sister will fall inlove with you."

I return to my chamber as Catherine is taken to her room then I take Henry not wanting to look at him or to be near him, as I sit on my bed I start to cry at my brothers words if I get that from him what will rest of the family be like wishing William was here hating myself. I lay down and continue to cry

Taken Henry into my chamber as he is now sleeping from crying all night as I touch his forehead he is hot, as I strip him down as a fire in my room trying to cool him down but he is still hot I whisper my poor little prince,
