I felt love around me and I could just be myself, I felt accepted and coddled by your whole family. He listens while she speaks and brings her hand to his lips to kiss her fingertips.
'You are so wonderful, of course I am your husband, we are soulmates indeed my love! And yes... you made me speechless as you still can make me speechless, while I usually have words enough, in every situation!' he chuckles and rest her hand on his chest, his own hand around hers.

He sleeps short though wakes up feeling restored. He smiles when he looks at Joan´s face, when she sleeps she looks like the young girl with whom he fell in love and he softly kisses her forehead, while he gently glides her hair from her face.
He sigh deeply when he thinks about the daily tasks ahead. Even though Henry ordered him to work only on his great matter, he can´t drop his other tasks even though they seem to weigh more heavily than before.
Campeggio treats him friendly though keeps him at distance and doesn´t want to argue, the Pope doesn´t answer his pleas or sends meaningless letters, telling him to keep faith and he has to put his trust in sending More to Cambria, More who only wants peace, just like him, but doesn´t agree in his heart with his mission to prevent peace in order to give Henry his divorce. And Henry, his one and only beloved master doesn´t trust him anymore and only calls him to shafe him about the progress of the trial.

He kisses Joan again, softly to not awake her and gently removes her arm from his chest. He rolls over to get out of the bed but when he sits upright, his feet on the ground he gasps when he feels a sharp pain through his belly and he put a hand on his belly in the hope it will fade as sudden as it came up.

*Joan sleeps deeply and pacefuly in Thomas' arms and chest, cuddled with him, she has nothing to fear, she's safe with him and the happiest woman because she has him and his eternal true love.

*She doesn't believe him when he tellls her he's fine and that's justa little pain because he's hungry, something inside of her tells her he was hiding the hard pain he was feeling, but what could she do? *She kisses his lips softly and then goes to their personal kitchen, and quickly prepares his breakfast and takes it to him in bed* Here is your breakfast my beloved Thomas, eat slowly and everything will be fine, I promise *smiles and rubs his hand softly looking into his wonderful eyes*

He smiles weakly as she kisses his cheeks and talks to him, holding his hand tightly in hers. He knows she sees right through him but he doesn't want her to worry.
'Tea and a piece of cake! Mmm you spoil me, my love... please, don't worry about me, it will be over soon enough. No need to send for a doctor, as soon as I have breakfast I will be fine. Of course I go to work, I never missed one day and never will! Certainly not... now!' 'Ahhh.... we were supposed to write our children... or did you pack the writing materials as well, my love?'
