I walk into the King's study room before my departure back to Navarre. Taking a deep breath, Madeleine and I are announced in. Her Majesty the Queen of Navarre and Her Royal Highness Princess Madeleine d'Albret of Navarre. We walk in and curtsy.

After the servant left, Thomas walked into room and bowed deeply. He saw the King writing something and he took a deep breath before talking

Your Majesty...I'm here to inform you about a tragic event happened yesterday night in your court. Bishop Fisher, member of our Holy Church, has been poisoned during a dinner in my chambers..

He paused and gulped. Then he continued to explain

Four men died. Bishop Fisher survived just because he eat a few..

At the end, Henry had gone mad. Because he knew he would hear Anne's name in it. He handed out papers on the table and he shouted.

"People would blame her for everything!"

He stood up and looked at Thomas.

"They will blame her if it rains! Or if the rains fell! They will blame her for the baroness of the queen and they will blame her for the fact that I love her! They will blame her for the storm that damages our crops and the waves that sink our ships! All of them because of Lady Anne!"

Henry looked at Thomas. He tried to calm down and took a deep breath. He leaned on the table and waited a few seconds. He wondered Thomas' opinion. Was he also blaming Anne?

"What about you, Sir Thomas? Do you blame her? Do you think she would try to poison.. Bishop Fisher?"

Thomas remained silent and terrified by his anger. He was expecting such reaction from him. Especially when Anne Boleyn is mentioned. He gulped hardly and looked at him

Thomas took a breath. He couldn't share his feelings and suspects to him. But he tried to warn him choosing carefully his words

Well...whoever the guilty is, the cook shamelessly and almost with success, tried to poison one of Your Majesty's servant. A bishop of our Holy Church...and me too. If you turn a blind eye to this outrage, it would give you almost for granted that the attempted murder, Majesty...has your blessing...
