Margaret blushed and smiled softly as she stopped walking. She shook slowly her head "No...I'm not a nun, my lord. But I have been taught of being modest. Anyone destroyed my self confidence.." She looked at him with an amused smile

George nodded with a naughty smile on his lips "Modest is the right word. Indeed, it is. It is really explaining your French hairstyle and cleavage of your gown. "

Margaret looked confused at him. She glanced down at her gown "What's wrong in my gown, my lord? Don't you like french style?" She asked curiously

"Nothing is wrong" said George keeping to walk. He grinned suddenly "I like French gowns. It makes sense about what is inside the gown. "

Margaret blushed after his words. She removed her eyes from him "What's inside my gown is only my business, my lord. Nothing you could be interested in.." She said almost whispering. Then she sighed deeply

George kept looking at her face with a sweet smile "Then why did you sigh like you wanted me to be interested in?"

Margaret opened her mouth by surprise. She looked astonished at him "I don't want at all, my lord! I heard about your boldness. But I fear you misanderstood, this time..." She rolled her eyes and looked careless around garden to avoid his glance

George laughed quietly "My boldness, huh? " He sighed trying to catch her eyes "All right, it was a joke. Don't be mad at me"

Margaret turned her eyes to him and took a deep breath "I'm not, my lord.." She just whispered, without removing her eyes from his face, this time

George caught her eyes, smiled "May i ask how old you are?"

Margaret looked silently at him for a little while, before answering "I'm 19 years old, my lord.." She said whispering, wondering why he was asking

"And aren't you still married?" asked George with a mocking attitude "Who is your Lady? Jane Bassett?"

Margaret shook her head "No, my lord. My Lady Is the Duchess of Genoa, lady Alfonsina Garcia. And...no, I'm not married, yet.." She replied with weak, hesitant voice

George nodded. He looked at her eyes with a gleam in his eyes "That explains why i saw you talking with Duke of Genoa in the balcony"

Margaret blushed suddenly as he mentioned her conversation with Cesare. She nodded, trying to smile "Oh...yes, yes. We never met officially, before. So...he was just introducing himself to me.." She showed him a fake smile and looked around garden again

"My lady" said George almost whispering. He took her chin with his fingers and turned her head to himself slowly "You don't know how to lie"

Margaret felt her heart about to stop as he raised up her chin. She gulped "What...what do you mean, my lord?" She whispered with trembling voice. She was now forced looking directly into his eyes

"I mean" said George looking at into her eyes with a grin on his lips "I can hear your heartbeat even when i just call his name. "

Margaret was breathing slowly and deeply. She tried to avoid his glance again "I...I don't know what you're talking about, my lord. I hardly know him..." She could just whisper. But she knew that her red cheeks and her trembling voice were betraying her words

George laughed quietly when he saw how her cheeks blushed "Mmmh..really? That doesn't explain why you blushed, my lady. " He got closer to her "Are you his mistress?"

Margaret gulped as he came closer and turned her eyes to him again "Of course not, my lord! How can you say such thing? I care for my virtue.." She replied angrily while staring at him

"A virgin who is 19 years old" said George glancing at her "Sound delicious. If i were Duke of Genoa, i wouldn't catch this chance either"

Margaret was still breathing "Don't be vulgar, my lord! His Grace knows I'm not a whore.." She said proudly without removing her eyes from him

"And when did i say that awful word to you?" said George looking confused "You don't know what's the meaning of compliment at all"

Margaret smiled ironically "A compliment, you say? Saying that if you were the Duke you would...you know what..You both are so similar!" She whispered meaningfully
