River at night

Jasper took a walk late in the evening when the palace slept. He wore a warm coat and padded silently along the grass.

I hear someone trodding through the grass but I pay no attention to it as I am still lost in the stars.

Jasper say Francesa and smiled. He walked over to her,"Evening,"he said with a mischievous smile.

I look up and see Jasper approaching me. I do not get up, simply just nodding my head. Good evening Your Grace. Care to get lost in the stars with me?

Jasper chuckled and perched beside her,"They are quite lovely...as are you."

Thank You. It is nice to hear that. I smile and blush. This is so peaceful. I stare up into the stars and think of my sons that God thought it necessary to take from me. I love to stare up there as I did back in Scotland and Italy. Very calming...

Jasper smiled,"You seem quite enchanted with them..."

He then cleared his throat and added playfully,"How is Garcia's lip?"

Oh I dont know. He stormed out of my chambers to meet Jane in the Great Hall. I heard what happened and I thank her for doing that. Hopefully that knocked sense into his head. I laugh loudly. I sit up and look to him, smiling, What brings you outside the Palace walls at night?

He shrugged and wrapped his strong arms around his legs,"I was bored-didn't have anything to do,"he turned to her and winked mischievously.

"And you? Such a lady should be unattended at this hour..."

I needed a much needed breather after what happened earlier today. I pull my shawl tighter to me. I am sorry that you are bored Your Grace. Anyway that I can help?

Jasper threw his coat around her shoulders and smiled,"Depends what you are thinking of."

Well to be honest, I gladly accept his coat, I dont know what I was refering to. It is just nice to have company. I will leave that up to you. I think I know what he wants....

Jasper smiled playfully,"What are you thinking?"

I will do whatever shall please you most. I move to sit closer to him. Yes I have been bold in my life but never like this.

Jasper could not bear it. He took her face in his hands and kissed her hungrily, bringing her beautiful body close to his.

He could hear footsteps and groaned. He looked up and his heart fluttered at the news. He stood up,"Eh...Forgive me, Lady Monroe-again. I must go..."

Its okay. Go. She needs you. I smile although disappointed.

Mary walk at the River she is very nervous that her sister is giong to the tower.
She hope that she have luck and can speak with the Cardinal.

I find myself outside, by the rivers edge, in need of a bit of solace. I am not getting any younger and I know this so time is of the essence to find me a bride that I can spoil and cherish. I sigh, pondering what to do next.

Holding her in my hands we arrived in the place where there is silence, fresh air and a beautiful view.

I sat with her still in my arms, and stared at her for about 5 minutes, then I washed her face and gave her some water

"My Lady, how do you feel?" I was speaking with a cold tone of a professional man and a total stranger that only came to save her life and didn't know her at all.

"Better thank you..." I look up at him sadly; feeling awful about how I spoke to him "I'm sorry I was imperious and rude, Anthony...I didn't mean any of it!"
Looking up at him; He wasn't the boy I had know as a child. He had grown into a handsome man in my absence .
"You can call me Katherine...Charles still calls me Katie" I smile faintly at him, hoping the boy I once knew was still there! That our friendship hadn't been diminished by years of being apart.

I looked her, giving a sweet smile, and I hugged her tightly "Ahh Katherine, Katherine" and I kissed her golden hair "I would never want to see you so sad, I just care to much" and I hugged her more.

"Thank you sweetheart" I hug him back and smile faintly. "I'm truly touched you care so much." Kissing his cheek, my smile brightens but my eyes remain bloodshot.

"Ok, lets put you in a bed" I stood up and offered my hand so she can stand up again "women.. always tired and weak huh..." and I laughed at the last sentence.

"Can we stay here just for a bit. ..I need some fresh air" I smile at him and feel a little brighter. "What have you been up to all these years...I haven't seen you since I was about 10..." I laugh and look at him with fond memories of our childhood together.
