Mahidevran had a strong temper and it was always hard to hold her tongue when arguments started out of no where and this seemed to be the first in a very long time.

Yielding to the way her husband wanted her to was not the true Mahidevran he knew that still she smiled sweetly.

Smiling Mahidevran straightened out the creases in his clothes.

Mahidevran was in a little world of her own eating raspberries and figs currently reading a letter from her beloved Son. She dropped the letter and took her husbands hand with a beloved smile just for him.

Mahidevran sat up running her finger over her husbands hand his skin was so smooth like a sheet of fine silk.

Mahidevran handed him over her papers for him to read.

From our son I miss him greatly Suleyman it hurts like a black death eating at my heart but also he fills me with pride.

Mahidevran kissed his shoulder wrapping an arm at the front of his chest.

Mahidevran wrapped her fingers around his hand laying back with a content smile.

Tell me husband what would you do if a concubine just assumed that she got to marry Mustafa? Like he was already his I found her a very pleasant girl but now not so much.

Mahidevran looked at him with a face of concern. Their would be am outbreak of arguments when Mustafa returned over his rightful wife and some other girl.

Mahidevran rested her head in his lap it was to warm to lay in bed and she wanted to go for an evening walk with her husband the scent of roses that were planted up along her chamber walls was being swept in my a chilling breeze.

No beloved I have not found him a concubine I was just talking about him to a concubine and the way that she acted was as though she thought she was going to marry her but I remained nice for the sake of our unborn child.

For a second she felt herself froze she was Suleymans first born daughter she never left Mahidevrans mind. Just as Mahidevran became Queen Nuriye was born and they went away. She would of loved to have kept her at palace but it was not her choice.

Oh that is wonderful to hear I am glad that you have both been reunited. It was so heartbreaking that she should not get to grow up here I was young but I would of liked to of had her around.

Mahidevran rubbed his knee and pulled herself up placing a kiss on his cheek holding his face in her hands.

To cheer him up I kissed his face playfully on his nose forehead cheeks lips and chin.

Mahidevran sat herself back by his side stroking his cheek.

No one will disrespect her here Zumbul himself likes to punish the concubines without anyone else's command. Now is the time for you to make amends she want's the love of her farther.

Mahidevran sat up and went over to where she kept her jewels all made by Suleyman himself.

Mahidevran placed herself back in his arms. A day at a time she told herself she was so scared that she would lose another child. A part of her knew that Suleyman could read her mind but she needed him to distract her.
