Elizabeth raised an eyebrow at her and frowned "Mary asked me to bring him.." she said a little confused "She didn't want to turn up at his door alone, I didn't know she was going to get drunk." she said and she looked down "I know the Boleyns are after your throne...but I am much against them as you are."

"When you left, you should have brought the princess Mary with you, she has no need to be alone in the chambers of the usurpers brother and some musician that sides with them. I do not blame you though, you did not know what would happen." Katherine sighs and sits down.

Elizabeth was a little confused "Mary lay upon George's bed and fell asleep.." she said and she raised an eyebrow "Mark Smeaton wasn't there, he was nowhere about.. George said he would look after Mary not upset her." she sighed too "I support your Majesty in every way, i too am of the Catholic belief and i will never change my way...the Boleyns are the spawn of the devil, and we should pray to God that the King sees that soon, you and Mary are the light of his life and the Boleyns are the darkness."

"Even if the princess was asleep, you should have woken her and told her she should remain there." She looks at her angrily. "Is it possible Master Smeaton arrived after you left or you just didn't see him? I know where your loyalties lie, Elizabeth and I can see that all this is upsetting you. What is the true reason you came to see me?"

Elizabeth shook her head at the Queen "Master Smeaton did not visit the chambers, i swear." she said and she looked a little defensive "On my mothers behalf she wished to know of how you were , but i am not so sure it was a good thought coming here."

Katherine forgot about the mishap with Mary and focused on Lady Elizabeth. "Tonight is as good a night as any. Please, tell your mother that I am well, regardless of what rumors are roaming around court."
