The Balcony

I smiled to him. ''I read books almost every day but with my other hobie I do not have so much luck.''

well before I return to the tower maybe we could go out for a ride together as you know this area a lot better then I as I look at her and smile as I notice her pretty eyes

I nodded with my head,still smiling.''Oh,yes...That would be very lovely.''

''I will make sure to do that.Now I must go and attend to my duties.''I said.''It was nice talking to you,my lord.'' I said and then left the balcony.

I watch her leave and sigh heavily before going back to the grand hall

Thomas went out to the balcony for some fresh air. He leaned over the edge and gazed up at the full moon. He wondered how such a bright light could be so beautiful.

I went out to the balcony for some fresh air after a day's hard work and found my brother already there. "Thomas," I said. "What brings you out here?"

Thomas heard his name and turned around to see his brother. "Edward. I just came out for some fresh air. What about you?"

I head the voices and saw that it was Sir Thomas and Sir Edward Seymour . i paused and stood in the archway of the Balcony and just looked out in to the heavens. i was in deep thought in the shadows of the balcony.

i did not wish to disturb Sir Thomas and Sir Edward. they heard the movement of my gown but they could not see me. i heard someone call out " who there "?

"The same. It's quite crowded in the great hall, too much heat everywhere." I put my hands on the cool stone railing looking out over the expanse of parkland and lakes, all belonging to the Crown. I wanted to know what it felt to own so much. "What have you been up to these days?" I asked idly.

I leaned up against the stone pillars on the balcony and just looked out the moon was full the stars
were like diamonds on a necklace. i let out a sigh of contentment for the sheer beauty of the night .

"If that's what you wish then come along, it's been far too long since we even spent a day in each others presence." I gulped as he mentioned Anne, although, the deed had been done there was nothing that he could do to me. "Why is that, is she not fulling her wifely duties?" I looked at him and smirked childishly.

was standing on the balcony when i saw a young and very dashing man enter the great hall i had not seen him here before
i wonder who he is ?

i stayed on the balcony and moved a little closer and just watched the others dancing and singing.
having a wonderful time


i heard the voice of the two men i still could not recognize them since they were to far away for me to hear
them clearly . however i did continue to watch the very young and very dashing man who entered the
great hall i wonder who he was .

i continued walking along the balcony and the voices of the 2 young men were becoming clearer but i still could not see who they were. i think they may have seen me coming towards them . so i stopped and waited until they called out to me

I smirked, but was a little glad of his invitation. "Yes, we haven't really spent such time together since we were children. Even then, I had to be the one giving orders." I smiled at the memory. I heard the sarcastic tone in Thomas's voice and my gaze turned to steel. "I fail to see how that is any business of yours, brother. I just think, considering past rumors concerning.. John and Catherine.." I could not say "my father and my ex wife."

I could still hear the men talking as i stood near the stone pillars of the balcony i was thinking about my sister Anne i have not seen her in quite some time i wonder if she will be at court this evening . i have missed
her so much its been so long .


it is a lovely party and everyone is so happy, eating, drinking wine and dancing . its a lovely evening out on the balcony

I went out for some fresh air when i had come across my sister.
Catherine..
I said and ran up and hugged her i had missed her so much.
It is so good to see you again sister how have you been.

i heard someone coming towards me and i turned to look. i was so surprised to see my sister Anne .

i held my arms out and we embraced each other tightly it has been such a long time since we have seen
each other my heart ached for her i had missed her so.

Oh Anne i am so happy to see you i cried tears of joy and hugged her again and again i have missed you so much how are you ? are you well? how is everyone ? when did you arrive at court ?

I had so many questions for her and she for me i replied to her

Oh Anne i am fine it has been quite lonely with out you like it used to be.

we took each others had and walked arm in arm on the balcony and talked

I was surprised that my sister had missed me this much it made me giggle like a child. I am well dearest sister i only just arrived at court and had to find you. At least you won't be alone anymore how is life at court.

I am so happy to see my dear sweet sister i have missed her so i hugged her and did not want to let her go


Oh Anne, dear sister you are looking so well i am so glad to see you we have so much to catch up on
so tell me how is everyone are they well ? how do you like being at court ? and have you met any
dashing men here yet ? there are many here to choose from. how was your journey ? come let walk Anne and you can tell me everything .

I stare blankly out over the balcony. My mind turns to day dreams as I hear the music distantly: lost deeply in my thoughts. I close my eyes and think of my childhood; my life any from court, my father never speaking to me...the pain too much for him. I open my eyes and force myself to smile. I mustn't think of such things.
Sighing I turn, and search the faces of the courtiers for someone...anyone I recognised!

"Charles came on the balcony to take some fresh air. He was thinking at the Summer Party organized by Nan, and how much thinks changed along years. He stopped suddenly once he saw a blonde figure standing there. He tried to focus her face, not believing his own eyes"

Oh my God...Katherine! It's really you?
