I smiled genuinely, "Of course-I'm very happy for them both. I'm sure they are perfectly honourable."

I then winked a little and added with a friendly smile, "They are Seymours after all!"

Our Father hurt Edward badly very badly. Do you remember Catherine Fillol.

Margery bit her lip their were whispers of rumours always afloat. But did Elizabeth know what our Father had done.

Edward is more head of the household now. I am glad we never had to pay for the sins of our Father, coming to court was a new beginning for us all.

I nodded, "Vaguely. I believe that she ended up in a convent?"

I then added thoughtfully with a kind smile, "And Margery I have never heard a pinch of gossip about your family. I think you too modest."

I brushed down my gown and stood up, saying, "I had best be off anyway Margery. But please visit me soon, "I touched her hand lighted, "I do sincerely hope you shall consider me a friend in court."

I then smiled and left the chapel.

Thomas entered in the Chapel to attend Bishop Warehan's funeral. It was a very private funeral. He felt sad losing such a good and faithful man. A true catholic who fought for the catholic faith. Even if he had to obey to King submitting himself to his authority

As he entered, he saw Cardinal Fisher praying and blessing his dead body

Corpus Domini nostri Iesu Christi, custodia anima tuam in vitam aeternam amen.
After blessing his friend John saw Thomas More entering the chapel.
Our beloved Archbishop Wareham died in peace. If we can say such thing considering hard days we're living..

Thomas reached Bishop Fisher and crossed himself before Wareham's dead body. He sighed deeply

He is maybe lucky for being called in Heaven, before the total ruin of the Church he loved and served..

Thomas let out a tired sigh, his glance lost in the empty air

I ignore what else we can do. We fought and failed. I just want to be left alone. And writing and praying..

Although Thomas wanted an easy life it was important to Fisher to not give up give.

Surely we still have the duty to act in the interests of Christendom, whatever the cost is..

Thomas looked at him before taking a deep breath

I have no fear about the cost. But I have abjured publicly. I'm no longer interested in it..

Then he turned his glance towards Wareham's body

And His Grace is no longer interested as well..

Their was nothing Fisher could say. He was old and tired witnessing a kingdom be run into ruins by a new faith.

Requiem aeternam dona ei Domine, et lux perpetua lucet ei in secula seculorum. Amen..

Walking into the chapel I a look upon the shear opulence of the Chapel. I bow my head thinking that I have not been there since after the birth of my last child. Slowly I walk towards the pew and knelt placing my hands together. Looking around me I begin to silently pray. I whisper to myself "Please forgive a lost sheep. Forgive my trespasses and bring me back into the fold. I ask for the blessings of my children and may they grow in your graces. Forgive my shortcomings" I bowed my head, crossed my hands and stood up and I lit a candle. I left as quietly as I came in.

*I walk into the chapel thinking. I sat at the pew and just decided to think about everything. I thought that maybe I should leave Whitehall for a while and go back to Buckingham to be comfortable and happy. Here I am sad and I cry daily. No one notice my pain and I smile waiting to see if someone would notice and as of yet no one has. So perhaps taking time at Buckingham I can come back with a new look at the court. I can be happier here. Hopefully my children will be in there and I can see them. Seeing them makes me happy knowing how wonderful they are growing and believing that I had something to do with that lets me at know that I did them well.*

Dear Lord,
*sitting in a pew looking up* My Lord I ask you to calm my heart. It is time for me to leave Whitehall. There is no reason for me to be here. I am going back to Buckingham and I pray that I will be happier there. I pray that my children will visit me there I know that they are grown or are growing up. If they are to young to come to me I hope that Charles would bring them to me. I prayed that he would come to back to me but I know that that prayer will not come true. I know that I believe that my prayer to see my children would come true. I know that they are not needed but I pray that they would visit me anyway so that I can see them and to see how they have grown.

*She enter the chapel quietly and observing the rule to be respectful there bow on the pew and genuflect and whisper to the Virgin Mary* I come to ask that you bring peace to my heart. Make me whole and want what it is willing to be given to me. Come to me and tell me what it is that I need to do. I need to be comforted by someone, by you. *Tears roll from her eyes* Please tell me what I need to do give me strength in my body and mind. I ask all that is holy by your son's will. Amen. *She stands as quietly and respectful as she entered.*

Cardinal Fisher had been just about to finish his service when out of the corner of his eye he had spotted Sir Thomas More. Secretly lurking behind the stone pillar.

nomine Patris

To which the congregation answered: Amen

He glanced at More trying to hide the irritation in his expression. Turning around, he knelt and kissed the altar.

Thomas was listening Fisher's blessing hiding himself behind a pillar. He didn't want people to see him talking with Fisher too much

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

After he saw him kissing the altar, he approached him with fast steps

Your Grace, I need talking to you..

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

He glanced fastly around before whispering

I heard that Master Cromwell will present a bill in Parliament, and the Act of Lambs..

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

He took a deep breath showing him the paper in his hands

Behind this innocent title it's hidden a clear revolutionary intent..

Fisher listened intently to what More had to say he looked down at the pamphlet wondering what contents it displayed.

What does it say.

Fisher asked leaning in to try and get a proper look at it.

Thomas lowered his eyes on the pamphlet and started to read

The Kingdom of England is an Empire, ruled by a supreme head and King, who owes obedience to God only. In the future, all spiritual and religious matters won't be managed by Rome, but by England. Where the King...the King..from now on will enjoy of full, absolute and entire powers. Preeminence, authority, prerogative and jurisdiction..

Which means I take it that the act prohibits the hearing of the king's nullity suit by the pope. And by the same token, bans the queen from appealing to the Vatican against any decision made here.
