She smiled to him and went to pour some wine. She took two goblets and she poured them the best wine of Genoa. After that she gave one goblet to Anthony and she sat down near him.

"I assume you know that our son is back."

She said with soft voice and tooka sip from the wine.

"I do" and I raise an eyebrow at her with a smile in my face, "And I am very happy my Love" taking a sip of the wine I put my hand across her shoulder, kiss her forehead and I say with a soft voice "I thank the Lord and most of all I thank you"

I made her suffer so much and again she showed mercy upon a man like me.

She closed her eyes while he was kissing her forehead. Then she smiled and spoke.

"I am happy too. Now we are like a complete family."

After that she put her goblet on the table and went near him. She sat on his lap and kissed his cheeks.

"I miss you."

She whispered while she was holding his face inside her hands.

Watching the beauty of a woman in front of me, her pure spirit within her, I took sometime to think that she never thinks worst in a man, she tries to be happy and to build a family.

"We don't have to go away. I love the life here."

Then she continued.

Cesare smiled as he unlatched Alfonsina's door, the warmth of the fire beckoned him closer. He took a seat in a chair and held his hands by the flames,"I should have returned in the summer,"he joked.

She smiled to him and went to the table to pour some wine for both of them.

"If you did , I would kill you."

She took two goblets and poured them with some wine. Then she gave one of them to her brother and took a chair near him.

"Tell me how was your life without me my sweet brother?"

She said playfully while she was taking a sip from her wine.

He took the wine and took a hearty gulp,"Rather boring...you know what the countryside is like. I ended up travelling to a few provinces around Italy - Tuscany, Rome, Florence..."

She smiled.

"At least you saw a few different places."

He nodded and glanced at her,"So how has life been treating you?"

She frowned.

"Not good and not bad. Anthony apologized from me and he said that he had plans for me."

She said it but then she regretted. Because she knew that Cesare hated him. because Anthony left her with a baby on her arms.

"Plans for you?"he hissed,"I have plans for him - fool."

She rolled her eyes.

"Don't say like that. I have been alone since you left Cesare. It really tires me."
