Richard took a breath rubbing his beard

He tried to explain, noticing anger and irony in her voice

Richard sat down again after her. He still looked surprised by her words but he smiled

He was trying to be serious but he laughed softly. He loved the was she was acting. She was funny and intriguing at the same time

Sybille laughed sweetly. I was saying that I wish for you not to hurt my feelings if we are to be friends. Honestly, I don't agree with her decision to leave. I just received a short message by a servant about that. I mean..she should have talked with me, first. Our son needs his mother. Richard laughed again. He shrugged

Oh I don't know, actually. No one told me that I talk while sleeping. But when I was a boy I was a sleepwalker. I used standing up from my bed during night and walking around Palace..still sleeping! Thank God I'm not a sleepwalker anymore, Sybille. You would be scared..

He said jokingly

Sybille could just imagine him sleeping walking naturally she wondered about his beard and found this story of his very amusing. I would of liked to of seen that did you bump into things and wake thinking "How did I get here" I hope you were also clothed. Seeing as we are sharing you think me nice and sweet but I am not. When William used to sleep we all had these adjoining rooms which we thought was magical as you do at that age. Anyway one night our governess had a daughter and she would always leave a fire alight to warm the water when they had gone to bed I climbed out of the bed that I shared with Anne and with my hair wrapped in curls I poured some of the Luke warm water into a tiny little bowl and did the following. Creepy very slowly into Williams room I placed the tiny little bowl at the side of his hand and let his fingers dangle in the water then I crept back out of the room into bed again. In the morning William woke up to find he had wet the bed and I had a gleeful smile yes I had made him wet the bed. And our governess was not impressed at all her daughter gave me such a spanking with that riders whip our mother never knew. So inside I am not so much the fair hair maiden you think of me Richard. Still smiling Sybille sat their beaming at him.

Richard put an amused smile on his lips. He tried to imagine about her as a little girl who loved making jokes to her brother. Finally he laughed

Ah that's why you're not so innocent as you look. Because you made your brother wet the bed. Poor William..what a terrible sister he had. But I guess you never lost your joking side, Sybille. Oh and telling the truth..yes, I was clothed when I was a sleepwalker..

He chuckled

Sybille looked at him and folded her arms. Actually I am very good at archery when we had free time after lessons and our governesses weren't watching William taught me I can also shoot arrows while I am on a horse too! I am like a medieval warrior I look like a women try and act like a lady but I like playing sports in secret. Sybille could imagine a young Richard as a boy those eager yet innocent eyes. I wouldn't of liked you as a boy you had no beard back then do you still sleepwalk now maybe I should let you sleep just to make sure that you don't.

Richard loved hearing her talking and laughed again

Oh my God, Sybille! I would listen you for hours. I never thought about you like a medieval warrior. But if this is true..maybe I should be careful. Oh and I'm very proud of my beard. And..I'm very flattered that you like it so much..

He added with teasing tone

Sybille smiled her eyes wandering around the room talking with the king was enjoyable. Yet you have not asked to take me for a horse ride you must indeed be scared. I think that I should own your beard it is after all a matter of state. Sybille ran her fingers over the outline of his beard watching the response of his eyes

Richard followed with his eyes her finger's movement on the outline of his beard and stopped it suddenly with his hand. He smiled

A ride with you...It sounds interesting. I'm sure it will be funny..

He whispered and kissed softly her finger. His eyes firmly on her

Sybille thought that he was going to bite her finger wriggling it away Sybille went back to tracing the outline of his beard his skin was smooth and while Sybille valued their friendship she let her mind wonder now and then about how his kisses would feel on her lips and other things too. Running her fingers around his cheeks Sybille leaned forward catching his eyes with hers. Their are times when you look at me and I wonder if you ever have inappropriate feelings as I do you! But I quite enjoy my inappropriate thoughts of you. So where does my king plan on taking me for a ride? I enjoy a hunt but I have yet to figure out if it is the thrill of the chase maybe you could enlighten me. A mischievous grin happily appeared on Sybille face one that bore into the kings eyes aswell.

Richard smiled in a teasing way not leaving his eyes from hers

Oh this sounds even more interesting. We can talk later about our ride. Talk me rather about..your inappropriate feelings, Sybille. I have already told you mines...so it's your turn, now. And I guess my beard has a great role in all this..

He chuckled curious to know her real feeling for him

Sybille knelt on her knees extending her hand to his chin. I think you know how I feel for you Richard but it would never be special between us as you bed to many women.
